Love this product! I am vitamin d deficient and have to take 5,000 iu of vitamin d3 daily. After years of using it I felt like I wasn't feeling the full benefits of the vitamin d3 on its own. After researching I found vitamin k2 or magnesium helps with vitamin d absorption. So I took to amazon in the hopes of finding a supplement that met my needs at an affordable price because let's be honest it gets expensive! That's when I stumbled across mircoingriedents and found they sell larger quantities of what I need for the same price as a 3 month supply from other companies. Now you have my attention. Love how small and easy these are to take. Great quality and great absorption (according to my labs). I have been deficient to the point where I had to take prescription vitamin d three times. My previous doctor recommended taking vitamin d with a probiotic or an avocado and that helped, but I had a hard time with the size of most pills. This brand and pill helps with that problem and I am not sure if the K2 is helping with the absorption as well, but my levels have since gone back to the normal range! And I love how many you get per package!

☺️These pills definitely work really good & according to my blood work the vitamin D increased in my body extremely high!! I have to go down to taking them not everyday but only twice a week, because I have Medullary sponge kidney disease& too much vitamin D can cause problems like kidney stones but for those that do not have a disease like this & are lacking vitamin D these definitely work very good!! They came well packaged & very easy to swallow with no aftertaste!! I will use them like doctor recommended & a very good brand!! Some reviews said they had their pills stuck together, but I've got 4 bags so far & never had problems !! Even though these say they're nonrefundable, if there is a problem with the pills & they are defective, as long as you got a picture & call amazon, they will refund you!! I had that happen a couple times with other products & when they were defective, I always got a refund!! A long wait on hold, but it's worth calling if there's a defect!!

Middle of Australian summer...all capsules are separate. No seed oil content...just cocoanut. Old problems seem to be fixed. 18 months to expiry date, so sharing is necessary. I trust this product.

To get my Vitamin D3 levels right without overdoing it, I have been taking one a day. My D levels are still increasing , I test about every 40-50 days. I will probably need to ease back to 1 every two days at some point. If you are taking Vitamin D , you need to take regular blood tests , if you over do it, the consequences can be catastrophic for some people, everyone is different, I most likely need about 1000-5000 IU a day while I am overweight(need to lose weight due to medical condition) some people can take 50,000 a day
