I purchased this product protection plan for my daughterâs fire tablet that was a birthday gift. I had an issue with the activation email. I reached out to the seller to help resolve the problem and have never heard back from them. This product was a waste of time and money for me. I will not do any further business with this seller.

Previously you could take care of SquareTrade swaps online. Apparently not anymore. Seems more cost effective to hire non-English speakers working from home (dog barking in the background as evidence) to tell you all the technical reasons Amazon/SquareTrade/Allstate will not honor the plan.

After 4 hours it was determined that my HD was defective. I received a new one the next day. I am handicapped and do appreciate the line dedicated for assisted help. When I called t o try to get help in setting it up, I was transferred to an HD tech who I had difficulty understanding . I later tried one last time and was able to reach a tech in CapeTown who spoke very clearly. He c went slowly enough fir me to follow. He took the time to allow questions and answers. I told him how much I appreciated his Customer Service as kills. He s as I'd th as t he trained CS reps. I have previously trained CS reps. He has it down spot on. I would c suggest strongly that you somehow have an option on the assisted line for those with difficulty understanding various accents as well as keeping the area as I quiet as possible. If I had not reached the great tech in Cape Town I would have returned my tablet. Let him train more techs!
