I had a defective toner. Even though it was newly installed, it was purchase more than a year earlier but this did not stop the customer services to find a resolve for the broken toner. After they found out it was not available in their warehouse of replacement, they provided a voucher to allow buying a new toner on the Amazon website. Even though I could have bought any other brand, I decided to purchase their brand again using the voucher because of the Great service. Happy to recommend.

Sehr gute Produkte und sehr freundlicher Service für den Fall, dass was nicht klappt. Schnelle und unkomplizierte Problemlösung. In meinem Fall war eine Tonerpatrone (gelb) defekt. Sowas passiert und ist ärgerlich, aber diese Firma hat ohne jedes Problem 25,00 Euro rückerstattet So soll das sein, daher gerne jederzeit wieder!
