This is my first frame that allows me to take pictures on my iPhone, iPad and from other devices, and load them from anywhere to the Frameo frame. The frame has onboard memory and a micro SD slot that allows you to significantly increase picture storage. The frame has great picture quality and flexible adjustments so I can set the speed of refresh, authorize others to contribute, backup content and more! It could not be simpler for non-technical people. Unlike older generation frames, Frameo allows you to keep your content as up to date as you want. It is easy to delete, hide or add high quality pictures unlike my older name brand frame that makes me remove the SD chip and modify it on another device. It turned into a frame that had too much old and not enough new because of the process to edit the content. I just took that one out of service as it has served its purpose. I will be adding to my Frameo collection and sending one to my daughter who had our first grandchild. That will generate years of photos and it will be a great way to see our combination of old and new memories. With my daughter as an authorized user in another state, we are pleasantly surprised when something pops up that we have not seen before or did not expect. I may get the larger 15 or 20 inch frame for my next addition. They look like great units. I have a place for either one and look forward to it.

This is very user friendly, the size is great and love that the pictures stay on long enough to really view it. The scroll time is perfect. It does take alittle time to compile all the photos, but very easy to load and program! This was a gift and everyone loves this. It works well in all decor and makes a very personal statement. Definitely would recommend this!

I received one of these as a gift and immediately purchased one for my mother in law. This is such a great way to share pictures without having to put things on social media. It takes about 5 minutes to set up the frame. The app is ready to use and sharing pictures is quick and easy. You can add a caption to the pictures and the receiver can "react" to the pictures received. The display quality is great as well. I love having some older pictures scrolling in my living room. It is great to have memories out where we can see them regularly. The pictures spark great conversations. Highly recommend!

This Frameo digital frame replaced an ancient Brookstone model that I have used for 20 years. That one was only 640x480 resolution, but this new one is 1280x800. (I had to figure this out for myself, it's not detailed in the printed user manual that is otherwise very useful). I re-scale me frame images to the precise resolution of the frame, so it would be helpful if the native resolution had been noted in the user manual. The normal resolution for displays in this category of "HD" is 1280x720, so the frame must be set to not vertically stretch photos to fill the frame. If not set properly, circles will appear as ovals. It would be better to have the default set to maintain the proper aspect ratio of each image. The frame has a setting to determine how the surrounding area of a non-stretched photo will appear. The choices include black as well as a color that suits the overall tone of each photo. The setup process to send images via phone was simple and fast. I sent a sample photo from my phone and it appeared in the frame in just a few seconds. I then connected the frame to my computer via USB so I could transfer my screensaver folders. I copied my screensaver folders into a top level older named DCIM as noted in the user manual. I was pleased that the multi-Gb transfer moved very quickly. But then my disappointment began. Turns out that although the frame has 32G of memory, ALL of the photos to be viewed must be stored in the single top level folder DCIM. I have thousands of photos in my collection, separated into folders based on people, places, events, etc. My ancient Brookstone frame could display all the photos in all subfolders, or from only one subfolder. This new Frameo frame can hold images in subfolders, but they can't be viewed unless moved into the main image folder using a USB connection to a computer. To me, having 32G of photos in one huge folder is a very poor design choice. Also, although the frame supports an external SD card, the frame cannot display images directly from the card. The image files must be transferred from the SD into internal memory. My old Brookstone supported image display directly from everal types of external memory, including SD and USB sticks. So having a few USB sticks with images for specific occasions was a simple and low cost solution. But with the Frameo, manual transfer of external images is required every time they are used. I know enough about small computers and programming to appreciate how little effort it would take to design the frame to use subfolders and or external memory. I contacted the company and received a prompt response explaining that subfolders are not available but would be a useful update. I doubt it will happen, but maybe one day a firmware update will provide what I consider to be a basic feature for a 32GB digital photo frame. Otherwise, it's a nice frame considering the low cost. But with a few tweaks it could be much better.

We bought 3! These are great, we bought one for my brothers family my mom and our home and we love sending pictures to eachother when we are on adventures or just being goofy. We love it because the kids notice before we do, that we have new pictures. It has great resolution the frame is a good size, and the touch screen to be able to control the frame is a great option.

Love it! Just what I was looking for. Download the app the Frame is of good quality the app is easy to download and user friendly. Shows pictures, current weather and time. You can also set a shutdown (sleep mode) time great value. You can share your code with family and friends and they can sent their photos to your family.

I got this for my grandparents and it has been a hit. They don’t do text so I can’t send pictures so I got this, downloaded the app on my phone and then will upload pictures of the kids when we are out and about so they can see them. I didn’t realize this when I bought it but you can add a comment too that pops up with the picture so I can write the date, or what is happening in the picture. It does videos too! The app was easy. The notifications were alerting and bothering them and you do have to turn those off or disable from the frame itself but after getting them set up I can manage everything from the app. I think especially for the older generation this is such a nice option to keep them feeling connected. My grandma can’t get around as well so hasn’t been able to get out for sporting events but I was able to upload videos and give her highlights in the comment. Just one example but we have been really enjoying it

Very easy to set up. With the free Frameo app, it took me about 30 minutes to load 400+ pictures for my parents. The pictures display in nice resolution and proper ratio, and my mom is able to upload pictures herself after a short demo. They are really happy with this frame.

I got this frame for my dad so I could send him pictures of my son. It was recommended to me by a friend who bought it for her mom and it had been recommended to her by another friend. My dad really likes it. It was easy to set up and sending photos is quick and easy, too. Dad was able to set it up with the wifi at his house without any problems and he's not very techy at all (he still has a flip phone).

Purchased this for both of our parents, once set up it's so user friendly! We added each sibling, and eventually even grandchildren to contribute. Photos can be sent from anywhere, the parents adore getting new images. Some support video but be aware the audio on videos can be jarring in a quiet room! The only problem we have is getting one Nana to actually leave it turned on so we can add photos.
