I bought this as an alternative to the easy peasy yarn, and while it's pretty much the same yarn, very little came in the ball. I don't know what I was expecting for the price but it was more than this. This is like 1/4 of a ball of yarn. Works just like easy peasy yarn though, and looks the same. Easy to use, would be good for beginners. It just looked like it would be so much more yarn in the pics. I was thinking at least a smallish to regular sized ball of yarn. But it wasn't too expensive (but it would be if I wanted to do a big project). The yarn is fine, it's just the quantity that got me leaving less than 5 stars.

This crocheting and knitting yarn is approx. 72 yards long, cotton-nylon blend and white. I purchased one pack. I am using this yarn to wrap matching sets of clothing that will be donated. It is sturdy, useful, and a good value. It met all my needs.

I bought this for my 7 yo granddaughter who asked me to teach her to knit. With bamboo needles and this yarn (this green shade is her favorite color!), she just took off. This was not as frustrating for her as 4 or 5 weight yarn on aluminum needles. It doesn't split and frogs well. The skeins are very, very small. She wanted to make a scarf and I suggested she just use this yarn to practice for now. We plan to go yarn shopping in my stash once she is more confident. I can tell you this was a Christmas day hit with my granddaughter!

I bought one skein of purple to see what it was like. It was very nice and I used it to crochet an amigurumi Halloween cat. It was much like easy peasy yarn from Woobles. I was please so I bought quite a few colors. I took each one and bout them in balls for easier use. One big disappointment was that all the yarn skeins had a place where yarn was tied together in middle-all of them. The first one was perfect with no tie. So I don’t know if I will buy more. I may try another brand or try different kind of yarn.
