11 months after buying this (admittedly super cheap) charger, it stopped working. Immediately upon messaging the seller they mailed me a new one - no questions asked & no need to return the original. Impressive.

I've had my Surface Pro 7 for 6 years and the original charger was intermittant. This charger works every bit as well as the factory original.

The charger works how it should. The box does run hot so be careful when charging.

Good quality. I’ve had for a while now & it still works! Fit my laptop perfectly. Only problem I’ve had is it tends to get hot fast if it isn’t in a well ventilated area(more my mistake than manufacturer) Charges relatively fast.
