This neck back massager is great and effective. It helps loosen tight neck and shoulder muscles. I could notice the difference around my neck and shoulder after a week of use. It's portable and very easy to move around, offering different needs for different muscles. I got it for my neck and shoulder mostly but you can use this massager for your lower back and even your leg. It also comes with heat in case you need it for your back or stomach or anywhere to be honest. The build quality matches the price and you shouldn't worry about it breaking soon. It will last long and work very well. Good value for this purchase and I'm enjoying it so far. I'd definitely recommend it.

EDIT: update 12/12/24 seller reached out to offer a refund and sent us a new product within a few days. we just got it yesterday and have not heard the squeaking sound!! will update if anything else comes up, but i’m very impressed by the companies customer service. this thing is amazing. the massage and the heat functions work great and it’s very versatile. has helped immediately with neck and back pain. easy to use - buttons are simple. good value for price. multi speed options. HOWEVER - it makes a loud weird squeaking noise sometimes after maybe 10 uses? it will randomly be massaging and make a noise that sounds like rubber rubbing together very loud for 10-15 seconds or until you push on it. not very relaxing.

Love the fact that you put your hands in the sleave and by the weight of your arms, keep the massager in place and pressing down ––– and can adjust its position and strength by putting more downward pressure your arms. So, the massager is more of a KNEADER, as if someone had their knuckles on a spinner. My choice of pattern is a semi-kneading pattern. Keep the heat on too. If you want a less powerful massage, put a couple towels in between the device and your neck. I use it every day for about 15 minutes. Very effective.

The first product that I received was back in January. The product would not turn on on the third try. I reached out to the company about my concerns. After customer service reached out to me, they offered me a replacement. After consideration, I decided to give this product another try! Strengths: - The motors of the massager are very good along with the speed. The product has helped my knots and sore muscles after my days of work. The product is also comfortable and flexible in terms of the texture of the leather. My only criticism is the cord. It seems that the cord of the massager is the most sensitive part of the product. It's not durable. If the cord gets stretched or damaged, it slows down the speed of the massager motors to the point it makes squeaky sounds. Another one is the maintenance process. Maybe try to put steps on how to clean the PU leather in the instruction booklet? It can help customers better in cleaning it. Thank you for the customer service. This thing rocks! Works very well. Got the knots out. Heat doesn't get real hot, but warm enough to help loosen the muscles up. The only thing that could be improved is the straps were you hold on to, they could be a bit longer, because if you're bigger they end up being a little short. Still doable. Worth the money.
