I give this ice machine, 5 stars for sure!! It works like a charm, the ice is small chewey ice nuggets. This machine does make some noise, but not overwhelming. It is low pitch. It really is just for 2 people, it doesn’t put out a high volume.

Perfect small size for apartment. Makes decent amount of ice. A little difficult to clean but as long as you do it frequently you’ll be fine.

Pleasantly surprised at how well this little machine works. Easy to use, though it is a bit of a pain to lug it to the sink to clean it. The drain is on the bottom so you have to sort of balance it over the edge of the sink and feel for the plug. It makes enough ice to keep me in ice water and iced coffees throughout the day, as well as the occasional ice bath for cooking. Not really large enough for a big family or parties, but it works great for one or even two people depending on how much ice you use. Quality for the price is wonderful.

It is a great addition to my beverages. I love how quickly it produces such quality crushable ice. Wish it was a little quieter but ice quality makes up for that

We got this after seeing my sister in laws unit that she had. It makes ice very fast and we love the little nugget size- great for chewing on. It makes a lot of ice too. We purchased bags to put the excess in. It doesn't keep the ice frozen long term so once the basket is full if you aren't putting it in a glass to use then you would want to put it in the freezer.

*UPDATE* The ice maker quir today. I don't use it everyday and haven't used it this week until today. The water will circulate but the refridgerant did not turn on to make ice. I have had this item since June. It lasted maybe 2 months. It wasn't used every day. I was hopeful for this machine but now i am disappointed. **This is a great ice maker. Takes about an hour to make a 32 oz cup full of ice. It is crunchy and easy to chew. It works great. Cleans easy. Easy to use.

Hate this thing. Does it make pebble ice? Yeah. That’s about all the good I can say for it First of all, let me caveat this review by saying I never would’ve paid good money for an icemaker, if I didn’t have a wife and two daughters. Clearly I was overruled. They’re happy with the ice, hence 3 stars. But other things that people say about these machines are very true. First of all, it’s incredibly loud. I have to turn the volume up significantly for any show that I’m watching to hear it. On top of that, it runs a significant portion of the day, because while it can make ice, it’s terrible at keeping it ice rather than water. Because the clear top essentially provides no insulation whatsoever. I’m convinced it is single-handedly increasing our electric bill. And on top of that, the container is very small, so any time anybody gets any amount of ice, the thing runs for the next half hour at least. This is the most “get off my lawn!” Boomer-sounding review I’ve ever written in my life, but clearly I hate that I was forced to buy this thing, and this is my revenge
