Product Description

· 【RFID Filament Enhanced Smart Printing】The Anycubic Color Engine Pro precisely detects RFID filaments, automatically optimizing printer settings for the best results. No more tedious and complicated setup adjustments, ensures precise execution of every print job and minimizes filament wastage. Just load the filaments and start printing. This feature is only applicable to the Anycubic Kobra 3 Combo 3D Printer. · 【Accuracy & Consistency】 Anycubic 3D Printer PLA filament of 1.75mm diameter, minimum dimensional tolerance +/- 0.02mm, which makes filament outflow smoother, came out homogeneous. The low shrinkage and stable printing dimensions make the fusion between the layers very good to obtain an even better-bridging result. You don't worry the diameter changes a lot then the feed rate is disrupted with thicker and thinner layers at all. · 【Neat Spool & Premium Quality】 The 3D Printing PLA filament was neat on the roll and easily left the spool without crossing turns. Resulting in less thread pulling and twisting, no clogging, and super under-extruding. It produces the cleanest, least stringing prints of any of the filaments you have used while resisting warping and providing the glossiest finish. Without a single jam and adhesion issue which meets your demands for printing freely. · 【Clog-Free & Bubble-Free】 Designed and Manufactured with a Clog-Free to ensure a smooth and stable printing experience with our PLA refills. Completely dried for 24 hours before packaging and vacuum sealed with desiccants in nylon re-bag enable much smoother and more stable printing. The larger spool inner diameter design makes feeding smoother. · 【For Most 3D Printers】The Anycubic Filament offers great compatibility with a wide range of temperatures and printing speeds, making it suitable for mainstream printers available on the market.

I have printed with several brands of glow in the dark and for the price this filament is pretty good (2nd best). My printer is a creality k1 printing at normal settings, here is a comparison of this filament to others. Duramic 3d: Pros- Good price $21 Very white (Best) Releases from build plate easy after printing Cons- Okay Extusion (Some issues with overhangs) Does not glow as well as others Anycubic: Pros- Glows Super Bright (Best) Smooth extrusion even at high speeds Cheap $20 Cons- Slightly transparent & not as white as Filamatrix Does not like hot environment like a garage (clogging) Filamatrix (winner): Pros- Very bright glow Nice white color but duramic is better Works well in hot environments Very nice extrusion (Best) No clogging Cons- Price Likesilk 3d: Pros- Super cheap $12 (Best price) Good extrusion Strong (Has 10% ABS) Reusable Spool Works well in hot environments Cons- Glow could be better Not very white & somewhat transparent Sticks to build plate too much

As an avid 3D printing enthusiast, I’ve tried numerous brands of PLA, but Anycubic’s Black PLA consistently stands out in terms of performance, print quality, and ease of use. Here’s why it’s become my preferred filament for a wide range of projects: Print Quality: The smoothness of this PLA is incredible, delivering prints with sharp detail and minimal layer lines. Even at high-speed settings, the finish remains impressively clean. I’ve used it for everything from intricate model figures to large mechanical parts, and the surface quality remains top-notch, with no need for excessive post-processing. Ease of Use: One of the standout features of Anycubic Black PLA is its ability to print reliably across various temperature settings. With a consistent flow, clogging or filament jamming has never been an issue, even on extended prints. The filament adheres well to my PEI-coated build plate without the need for additional adhesives, ensuring a hassle-free setup. Durability and Flexibility: While PLA is typically less durable than ABS or PETG, I was pleasantly surprised by how sturdy the prints feel. Anycubic’s formulation seems to strike a perfect balance between rigidity and slight flexibility, which is ideal for functional parts like prototypes and everyday-use objects. Aesthetic Finish: The deep black color has a rich, matte finish that adds a premium look to every print. Whether it’s for functional parts or display models, the sleek appearance of this filament enhances the overall aesthetic without any fading or dullness after printing. Value for Money: Given the high-quality output and reliability, this filament is reasonably priced. It performs on par with more expensive brands, making it a great option for hobbyists and professionals alike who need a dependable filament for regular use. Minor Drawback: The only slight downside is that, like most PLA filaments, it can be sensitive to humidity. I recommend keeping it sealed in a dry box or using desiccant packs to maintain optimal performance. Overall, Anycubic’s Black PLA has exceeded my expectations in every aspect. It’s a solid choice for those looking for a filament that delivers reliable, high-quality prints without breaking the bank. Highly recommended for any level of 3D printing enthusiast! This review balances technical insights with practical user experiences, showcasing your knowledge while being accessible to both beginners and advanced users.

I had no issues using this material, standard parameters as any other PLA, it printed without stringing and the surface finish of the part is really nice :)

(Originally 1 star)I received this filament and opened it the same day for a print I had been waiting to print in black. The filament was packaged fine with no break in the vacuum sealed bag and there was a desiccant pouch present. I did my standard calibration cube and temp tower with few issues. I noticed some popping while printing but the prints were fine. I started my project prints and noticed a lot of popping but there wasn't any stringing or warping, so I continued. My projects all failed which never really happens to me these days. I print from a dry box and filament geos directly into the box when I open it. I decided to dry the filament in a drying chamber overnight as a precaution. After drying the filament, there are still lots of pops while printing and prints are still failing. I have printed the same parts with other filaments to see if there was a geometry issue. The parts print fine with other filaments, so the issues are specific to this filament. The fact that drying the filament overnight did not resolve the popping and failures tells me that this filament has absorbed water for a long time. It is not brittle throughout, but the failures are happening because the feed-gear from the extruder is grinding against the hardened outside of the filament, resulting in inconsistent extrusion. Overall this filament is useless in the condition it was received. I have also received a spool of red PLA from the same provider at the same time. So far there are no issues with the red, but I have not tested it as thoroughly. Both spools were marked with a date of manufacture only 3 months past, so I do not understand how the filament could have absorbed so much moisture to be useless if it was properly stored before packaging. UPDATE: (changed to 4 stars) Anycubic has contacted me to look into this issue and offered a full refund for the black filament due to the issues I described. Since posting the previous review, I have thoroughly tested the red filament from Anycubic that I bought at the same time to great results. This tells me that this was a case of a bad batch or poor transport conditions for the black filament and is likely an isolated incident. I put the black filament in my active drying unit for about a week now. I have not experimented with it again, but I am optimistic that it will dry well since it does not show signs of moisture induced crystallization deeper in the roll or past the very outside of the filament at the exposed end. If I find reason to update again, I will revise my score.

When I first unloaded and loaded this the crimped end broke in my hands and the first print I laid down did not stick well, I aborted the print, cleaned my plate and have not had any issues since. I bought this primarily for the price, I just needed something for testing some build but I like it soe much I bought some more. My printer is an A1-Mini and this is the best non Bambu filament I have found.

I bought 2 rolls of this fillament to use across my 2 prints for a big work project. It has produced consistent results, no problems with print quality, adhesion or nozzle clogs. Real shame Amazon does not stock other colours of the same filament :-)
