The AOSU security camera system is super. One of the few wireless home systems which can reach great distances from the homebase. Easy to install, use & recharge. Customer support is excellent, particularly Lynette & Brent who have handled my requests so well.

Product works excellent has no issue, customer service is excellent and responds very fast. Installation was easy and no issue with the product. Shows clear both in the day and knight, extremely sensitive. Great value for money would recommend and purchase again 👍

The product arrived in 2 days due to Amazon Prime. It was appropriately packed and sealed. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS FIRST. The entire setup including mounting the cameras took about an hour; and I had to drill pilot holes in metal cross-members to mount one of the cameras under the carport. The picture quality is pretty good and there were NO problems with the home base or cameras. Bear in mind you WILL need to charge the cameras as they didn't arrive fully charged; but that can be done one at a time after you have mounted the cameras. No subscription is required, BUT, if you want to be able to save footages longer than 15 seconds you will need to subscribe to the cloud service. Plenty of storage. Easy to delete unimportant events. The app is extremely user friendly. I have ordered the solar panels for charging. I recommend this product to anyone wanting a wireless system for very little investment.

To start with what I like: Easy to set up! Within minutes I had these up and running. Camera quality is clear and details everything as if I'm looking at it from my own eyes. What's even better is that I have a 5ghz wifi connection and these are able to connect to it. The size is perfect and easily handled when placing them on the outside of my home. The features are basic. The one thing I like about those are that it has a built in alarm that can be set off by the touch of a button so if I see anyone trying to break in or posing a threat, I can set it off and it is LOUD! They are light weight and well built. I have had them for a few months now and I have had no problems with them. What I dislike: Every so often I have to take them down and recharge them. The battery drains pretty quick depending on how you set your cameras up. For example, if you want them to pick up every movement etc. The other downside is that they don't sell single cameras that are 5ghz capable to connect to my wifi. Only this package is able to do that. I have been wanting only one more camera and the only way I can do that is if I purchase this package. I already have the router and everything I need to connect one more but I simply can't purchase one. Overall it is still worth it and I would recommend these to anyone looking for something affordable and worth every cent.

I am still testing these, and I added a solar camera, plus I have another one of these cameras on the way. So far, for the cost, these aren't bad. Day and night vision are very good, and I like that you can create zones, and add alert types as well. The two way speakers work well, and the spotlight illuminates an impressive area. The alarm is a nice touch, but it could be louder. I would love to wake the entire neighborhood as a thief is padding about. I am in the desert with extreme weather conditions, so it will be interesting to see how they hold up. If you're on a budget, and you want something with a simple setup, and easy features. These are great so far. You don't need to add their subscription. But, I decided to give that a try now, for the cloud storage, ect. These are good for those on a budget. And support is easy and friendly. I have asked many questions so far, with positive response. 👍

These cameras are very easy to setup taking about 15 minutes to setup 3 cameras for me. The home base makes it easy for local storage without the need to purchase some form of subscription just to get the features like zone selection and notifications. I have tried others in the past that required a subscription for those extra features. I fully charged them once I took them out of the box and set them up on July 18, 2024. Today is September 25, 2024 ( so about 2 months and 9 days) and this is the first time I had to take them down to recharge them. I have had other wireless cameras on battery last 3 to 6 weeks before having to recharge. Video quality is excellent. Features like 2 way talk back, siren alarms and night mode are all excellent features that work great. These are the best cameras for price that I have found. Highly recommend for price, ease of use, and functionality.

I bought the Aosu security camera. I got it set up and working and loved it. Something went wrong with Home Base. When I contacted their tech support they got back to me very quickly. The person that helped me walked me through step by step, sent pictures and videos of what to do to get the homepage working again. I never could get it to work again, we tried everything. I liked the product so much I was willing to just buy another new one. But they gave me a refund and I have ordered another one, should be here in a few days. The Aosu security cameras are very easy to setup and there is no monthly subscription. The quality of the videos are great and it has several great features. I would highly recommend this product because it is a great product and their customer service is fantastic.

They work great. Video quality is good. Only negative is battery life. But, they are easy to charge. A power surge likely damaged my home base, whatever the cause, customer service replaced it at no charge. I'm incredibly satisfied!

We are very satisfied with the product. They seriously work better than I imagined. The image is clear, notifications come in quickly. Very easy ton install and set up the app. Incredible price for an amazing product. Plus ! Their customer service is impeccable. We had problems with another product and they offer access 24/7 to chat with customer service. They made me feel important and it is clear that customer service is very important to them. I bought the Aosu Base Station that came with two 2k WiFi connected cameras to add some security to my alley and backyard. I liked this combination because it doesn’t require a cloud storage subscription with ongoing fees. Instead, the base station has a 32GB memory card that overwrites itself over time. But if there are recorded incidents it’s very easy to save them to your phone. The camera resolution I would say is very good but I wish it was even better. They sell a 5MP camera that I might consider next. Performance so far has been very good. Set up was quite straightforward and once everything is running the notifications are near instant. Easy to define zones within the view of the cameras to track movement and there are other nice features too - voice alert presets, speak through the camera, alarm siren, and a light. The big question for me, going into winter now, is what will be the battery life when it gets cold. I’ll update my review once I have more information about that. If the battery life is good in the cold I may update my review to five stars.

What was most impressive for us was the quality of AOSU customer service. One of the two cameras we installed was losing signal. It didn't matter where we tried it, even right next to the other one that had great signal reception. We sent an email to customer support on the afternoon of November 13th. We received a reply in the morning of November 14th that they would send a replacement within 5 days and were extending our warranty for the inconvenience. We received the replacement late afternoon the next day. We charged it up overnight and installed it this morning (the 16th). It works fine and has even detected a little fox walking by in our yard this afternoon. Wow! This is the best customer service we've ever had for devices ever. Really, really impressive! Those are very decent security cameras. There's no need to pay a monthly fee for monitoring or storing videos. There's the option to subscribe to their secured cloud storage of videos, for a fee, but it's not really needed for most residential use. The homebase has plenty of room for residential needs. So there's the initial cost of the cameras and homebase, which is relatively high, but then that's it. Installation was relatively easy. Since there's no wiring involved, there's no need to hire an electrician or installer. A source of irritation are the setting instructions, or lack thereof. Adjusting the parameters requires a bit of fiddling to customize it to your needs. An easily accessible, detailed, online instruction manual with examples would be very useful. If such a manual exists on their site, we have not found it. You have to hunt around for YouTube videos and they are not always what you're looking for. The infrared light for night vision is very useful but just know that if there's a street light in the picture, you'll need the "white-light-aided" illumination turned on in the parameters. Otherwise, the street light across the street will take up a lot of the picture.
