Been using this for two days now and everything is great. I have a dual Xeon workstation and gaming PC connected via KVM. After I got everything hooked up I maxed out the refresh rate at 240 Hz. Right off the bat I got really bad flickering, like multiple flickers per second and only happened at 240Hz. Fortunately, the problem was with my DP cable. Even though it was a Dp 1.4 it just couldn't support that high of a signal. Bought a new one. switched it out, and everything is great. Now, if you were like me I hesitated because my monitor is shared for work and play. I didn't know how bad the text would be considering how that is not a strong suit. The text isn't as sharp as my previous monitor but not a big deal at all. As a matter of fact, I am already used to it and don't think about it anymore. The blacks on this thing is absolutely amazing. The colors are so vibrant and rich and gaming looks so much better, even compared to a non OLED 4k monitor. The one thing that I was not too thrilled about is the auto dimming feature. If I switched from my desktop to MS word, you would see some minor dimming. I found out this is part of the built-in screen saving options. Not sure which ones so I turned them all off. I am not overly worried about burn-in. If it happens then I will use my 3-year warranty. By the way, make sure you register the monitor on Asus's site. Now, add this to your cart and check out.

I looked for a great monitor for a while and this one has definitely blown me away. The color accuracy looks amazing when viewing videos on YouTube and playing different video games such as Fortnite, Subnautica, Apex legends, and Minecraft . One thing I love about this monitor is the brightness doesn’t dim when switching tabs like any of the other Oled monitors I have order in the past such as the LG one. That’s really important for me as I have sensitive eyes and like stable lighting. Also, stand is really easy to install and comes with a bracket mount adapter as well. Honestly, would highly recommend for anyone looking for intense gaming, and extreme response times as well.

If you absolutely have to have adaptive sync, this one is not for you. It flickers badly with both AMD and Nvidia cards with Freesync turned on. I prefer it off, and I do not have any flickering. I love the glossy screen, although its not quite as good as my LG based 48" 4K OLED its pretty close. Text kerning/fringing can be an issue, but honestly it isn't any worse looking than my IPS 1440P monitors that have greasy matte coatings, so its six in one hand half dozen in the other. Smoothness and motion clarity along with response time are through the roof, as expected from a 240hz OLED. I have used the 360hz QD-OLED panels and I did not like it at all, it had terrible color banding and the text was awful. The other negative is burn-in, this monitor accumulates very quickly. Just a couple of days of use and you can see the edges of things burnt in, but I just run the pixel refresh and it goes back to normal in 5 minutes. I wish there was a setting to have it run every time you shut the screen off like my other OLED.

After experiencing 120hz 400 nit OLED on my galaxybook 3 I was to put it lightly a changed man. It’s so good it effectively replaced my TV, tablet and phone for TV movie and media consumption. Its glossy vibrant rich colors are every bit as good on this monitor and I couldn’t be happier. The UI navigation is just like my old 27gl850 which is to say, the best i’ve ever used by a landslide. It’s plenty bright, smooth as butter and 1440p is perfect (at 27”) even though my 3050 and I would prefer 1080p at 24”. Honestly the UI is so good I struggle to think of complaints. All sorts of color options, adjustments and the heatsink is great peace of mind. The stand is super easy to attach and included VESA adapter while not as flush as I would prefer as it’s a little big on my desk, but that’s about it. If you prioritize picture quality over anti glare then you’ll be amazed like me. By the way, if you want a hack to reduce glare, indirect lighting like in my case LED 6’ floor lamps are the best way to do so. Highly recommend!

With the glossy finish, the colors really pop on this in a way I didn't even know was possible on a monitor. The response time is amazing, 240Hz feels really good (even coming from 144Hz, I can still see the difference). Form factor is really nice, it's much thinner and light than the Acer I'm replacing (XB271HU). Hard to complain here, I haven't had any issues with text readability that some others have mentioned. I'm scared of burn in, but there are a couple different ways to protect against this built into the monitor's settings that I appreciate. Can't go wrong here! ASUS is increasingly my go to for all things gaming related.

I had this for a few weeks and everything looks amazing. However, about a month after purchase, the monitor will detect HDMI and Display port but nothing is displayed on screen. What a piece of junk. It should simply be plug and play but this one is going to cause you issues. Don't take it just from me, do a quick internet search for this part number and look at all the issues that plague this unit.

It delivered on all my expectations. Best monitor I've ever seen.

I’ve been using this monitor for 5 months now. Upgrading from an lcd monitor to this is amazing. Colors are vibrant and look good. I’m using a ps5 pro with this and it makes a big difference. Only thing I can’t seem to work out right is the hdr. Gives everything a yellow tint. The height is adjustable and screen can be turned.

After trying out and changing all kinds of monitor past one month. LED, Mini LED, I settled for OLED. The LG Panel works wonder. Using LG C1 from past 4 years, I couldn’t settle for any other monitor than an OLED. Loving it all the way. Seriously when your eyes get used to an OLED panel, you will never enjoy any other.

Feedback after 130 hrs screen on time: 9/10 screen for the price (500£ on Black Friday) 1440p 240 Hz (180 Hz on a 10-bit colour over DP) Indiana Jones was the first game I tried it on (I was blown away with immersion especially in the caves of Vatican where you walk with torch) The vibrancy of colours is next level, tested games like Borderlands 3, Psychonauts 2, GTA Vice City Remastered, STALKER 2. Colours pop like crazy. My GF says she heard more compliments from me towards this monitor when I’m playing than she ever heard from me towards her 🥹. Did not experience OLED flickering, the only thing was dirty screen effect on a grayscale image at +80% (vertical lines across all the screen) could see this everywhere for the first couple of days. Eventually after couple of screen pixel clear cycles it all seem to disappear and is no longer an issue so don’t freak out when you turn your monitor for the first time. One minor downside is text clarity (slightly worse than on my old 1440p IPS screen, but not terrible at all, I find it OK to use). HDR in games on WIN10 is completely broken, the screen looks washed out in this mode and you loose saturated colours and brightness for some reason. I haven’t found the game yet that would look better in HDR than SDR. In fact SDR games now look almost like if they had HDR on this screen so I’m not really sure if I need it. There is no coming back to LCD after seeing this. You have to see it in person, pictures don’t do the justice.

What an amazing OLED. I've never owned one or any of the Asus brand monitors, so this has been a treat, but the text really is quite bad. There are a few things I found that can help with text clerity, like turning off ClearType from windows, and downloading MacType and using "DeepGrayNoHinting.ini" as its text filter (I found this info from Reddit). While that has made things better, text still suffers in some areas, which is a bit sad, but the monitor makes up for it in visual eye candy sexyness. 5/5 for me, if you missed my 5/5 stars.

I received the package in perfect condition, but once I installed the monitor, it seemed to work fine except for the fact that after about 30 minutes of use, the screen would go completely black. Before returning it, I tried everything: updated the drivers and tested the connection with other PCs, but I encountered the same issue. In conclusion, it’s a nice product, but ultimately useless or at least defective from the start. I’ve requested a refund!
