12/18/24 Update. I'm really loving this vibration plate. Someone had a question regarding the maximum weight its 330LBS. I also figured out the speed. The remote works best I have not figured out how to work the speed on the vibration plate itself, time will tell, because I'm still figuring things out. Also, I failed to mention how quiet this thing is. Its very quiet on the carpet and a tad bit noisy on wood floors depending where your feet are on the vibration plate. This was very easy to use and the Bluetooth was very easy to pair. My nephew and his girlfriend stopped by and she's has being trying to decide which vibration plate to get and she was sold on the Bluetooth along.. yes, she like the machine but the music coming from it was a game changer for her... Nephew will be buying her one now. Thanks to all the reviews and now, that I have one I am a satisfied customer. 12/5/24 I just received this vibration plate yesterday and was amazed how it felt and looked. This small version I really like, you can put it anywhere and I like that you can transport it with you. It is a little heavy, durable,sturdy and the suction legs on it make it un-movable while using it. Now, I used it by sitting down only using it 2 to 5mins it's just that powerful as a beginner, slow is best. I'm still getting use to it and although its easy to use, I am having trouble with the speed trying to get it to go a little slower and I believe I stumbled on it but not sure how I did it so, I will see if I can do it again and pay attention this time. lol. If you're looking to start out small these vibration plates are perfect but if you have long feet I suggest try finding a larger one. I'm giving this a 5 because I really like it and its doing what everyone is saying it does, because I read the reviews first.

I will start of with the strength, I'm 198 for reference and even on the lowest setting the vibes were strong. It released tension almost immediately and 10 mins was really all I needed. Tension in my thighs and tummy were noticeable immediately. Post or pre-workout benefits were immediate. Buy this lil guy.

I bought it October 2024 and I love it. It's easy to use. You don't feel like you are working out till next day that you feel sore. I have recommended to family and friends. And they loved it too. Practical, quiet, easy to carry and it works. If used regularly, works better than any detox pill. I just love it.

I use this in my practice. So, with that being said. I would not recommend anything that I have not tried first. Pain relief is there! Definitely a workout but super fun. Easy to carry not as heavy as some Fits in a small spot and the remote control is handy! I liked it so much, I actually bought two!

Nice solid instrument, love the pink color! Not too heavy to move around as needed. I have it in front of a window and enjoy being on it using one of the pre-set programs. I'll do deep breathing and stretching most of the time while on it. I have seen a personal benefit!

Just received this product tried it out as soon as it got here and so far I am loving this thing. I could feel my muscles burning like I was doing a full workout without all those horrendous workouts. It is simple and easy. It is easy to move around to any part of your house and it is sturdy. Even if I don't lose weight on the program #4 it felt as if my body was getting a massage. I highly recommend this product
