Worth the money, easy functions just plug in and push the button to turn on. It was bigger than expected and super sturdy. It is worth it the quality of this machine and the Bluetooth capabilities. I use it twice a day and it has my whole body feeling good and no more swollen ankles from sitting all day at work you can feel the circulation through your body. My daughte tired it for only 2 mins and felt like she did a full workout. The flexibility to move ot from room to room s a plus 👌

12/18/24 Update. I'm really loving this vibration plate. Someone had a question regarding the maximum weight its 330LBS. I also figured out the speed. The remote works best I have not figured out how to work the speed on the vibration plate itself, time will tell, because I'm still figuring things out. Also, I failed to mention how quiet this thing is. Its very quiet on the carpet and a tad bit noisy on wood floors depending where your feet are on the vibration plate. This was very easy to use and the Bluetooth was very easy to pair. My nephew and his girlfriend stopped by and she's has being trying to decide which vibration plate to get and she was sold on the Bluetooth along.. yes, she like the machine but the music coming from it was a game changer for her... Nephew will be buying her one now. Thanks to all the reviews and now, that I have one I am a satisfied customer. 12/5/24 I just received this vibration plate yesterday and was amazed how it felt and looked. This small version I really like, you can put it anywhere and I like that you can transport it with you. It is a little heavy, durable,sturdy and the suction legs on it make it un-movable while using it. Now, I used it by sitting down only using it 2 to 5mins it's just that powerful as a beginner, slow is best. I'm still getting use to it and although its easy to use, I am having trouble with the speed trying to get it to go a little slower and I believe I stumbled on it but not sure how I did it so, I will see if I can do it again and pay attention this time. lol. If you're looking to start out small these vibration plates are perfect but if you have long feet I suggest try finding a larger one. I'm giving this a 5 because I really like it and its doing what everyone is saying it does, because I read the reviews first.

Good for the gut, if you have digestive issues this actually helps shake it out. Use it too much and the next day you'll be oddly sore. Works the legs well. As simple as it seems it actually does a lot. Compact and easy to fit most places and use, just need to make sure I have support or soft place to fall as it can get you off balance. Overall I like it and find it handy including help with circulation in my feet which has become a minor issue. My remote has the buttons to control volume etc but the unit I got doesn't do Bluetooth and the manual is useless to that function, so not sure why the remote has useless features other than many it was cheaper to just make one remote. 02/18/2025 update: I figured out the Bluetooth speaker and it is super handy. It is open Bluetooth so a neighbor could connect but it is only output so that doesn't mean they can access your computer/MP3 player.

So far I like everything about the product. It has a exercise guide but I was looking for more gudiance.. the pressure points for the feet are worth having although my feet are sensitive . The speed can easily be increased or reduce accordingly with the remote control. Love this feature...The vibration machine has 4 suctions on the bottom for sturdiness while standing. Enjoy using it while watching TV for 10 mins. Most of all I feel great after each use. I plan to use equipment 2x a day, every couple of days. I need to read more about it's uses. Worth the money.

I purchased the Green slim March of 2024 after seeing vibration plates demonstrated at an RV Show ( they were $3,000) I found this one on Amazon, did a lot of reading about them and ordered. The very first time using it I was dizzy after the 10 min but that was ok it meant it did something for me! I used it regularly and almost immediately the pain in my knees when going up stairs was gone. Completely GONE! My weight started dropping and my balance had improved considerably. It just overall made me feel good after using it regularly. Fast forward to almost a year later I am back to using it pretty regularly 10 min a day. I feel GREAT and my weight is down 40+ pounds with minimal dietary changes. I highly recommend this for any reason whether it be weight loss, toning, circulation, balance issues, lymphatic drainage, sinus problems or just giving your system some sort of movement (even if you sit while doing it) I do use the resistance bands and some of my late 50’s flabby arms have toned up. Investment is minimal compared to buying a big treadmill or exercise bike or even the vibration plates we saw at the RV show. It doesn’t take up much space, it is very sturdy, it is quiet and actually fun to use. I’d give it 10 stars if I could!

After briefly trying a friend's machine, I came home and researched it a little bit. I was experiencing lower back pain and nothing was helping with it. Based off the positive reviews, I decided to buy it and I absolutely love it. The first day I used it, I noticed my back pain wasn't as bad. I had issues with getting out of bed and that is gone completely. I feel really rejuvenated afterwards and I have lost 6 pounds in the month I've been using it. I like the different programs, so nothing feels repetitive. I use the arm exercise bands as well, which is a great addition. I also enjoy the Bluetooth feature, so I can enjoy listening to my music. My daughter likes it and I even got my husband to try it.

Wow. My legs and lower back love this platform. You feel it working in a few minutes. I am looking forward to adding to my workout.
