Pretty easy set up. Very user friendly. Good packaging, items seem very sturdy. I got two rechargeable door bells, and one indoor chime. Haven't decided on some set up options yet but all is functional. Also haven't gotten subscription for cloud service, haven't if I will. Night vision clarity is not as good as daylight but functional enough. Connection and communication seem pretty sound so far.

Loveeee this ring system one of the best things I bought and it was very easy to set up . Quality is great and when your talking to someone on the ring system it’s like your talking to them on the phone and it has so many nice features in the app. Great to have especially when your not home a lot but want to monitor your home and still see what’s going on in the environment. It Catches EVERYTHING and you can save videos from the ring app, pause things, play things back to back and the sensitivity of the sound is amazing you can hear everything on the ring camera

Works as expected. The app provides a lot of flexibility for monitoring and/or alerts. Subscription required for "history" (recorded events). I highly recommend the solar option that this mounts on to retain battery life. The battery life has been at 95% or higher with the solar option for over 5 months. Video quality is reasonable but not excellent when zooming to see details.

This review is for the RING NO DRILL MOUNT (purchased separately) and the RING VIDEO DOORBELL. This is my second Ring battery doorbell, and I must say the adhesive mount is impressive. I used the small screws provided with the adhesive mount to attach it to the bracket that came with the doorbell. After that, I clicked the doorbell onto the mount and placed the entire setup on my front door. The adhesive is strong and secure! The doorbell functions perfectly. I feel safer in my apartment and am able to prevent package theft as well. I LOVE RING doorbells!

Gives a sense of security as any action at my back door (even in the alley) sends the notification to my phone. I pay 4.99 a month to have the videos stored for up to 6 mo. Pretty inexpensive security. Mine is battery operated (not wired) so the only drawback is that I have to remove the doorbell & keep it inside during very cold weather. It will not work properly in sub zero weather. I am looking forward to putting it back out this weekend when it warms up. I would highly recommend this doorbell especially if you cannot hard wire it. It has a good battery in it & was easy to program to my iPhone.

Play Video Recently purchased the Ring Camera, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The build quality is excellent, and the camera provides a clear, crisp view of the doorstep. Installation was a breeze — within minutes, I had it set up and paired with my phone. The calling bell feature is especially useful, as it allows me to see who is at the door and have a live conversation with them, even when I’m not home. It’s a game-changer for convenience and security as we can also setup the range/area for detection and eliminated unnecessary false warnings. Highly recommend this product for anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly smart doorbell camera!

Great unit with a decent picture and plenty of setting adjustments to make it right for you. I do prefer the removable battery model, which is so convenient to recharge. I keep a second battery charged so there is virtually no down time and it’s a two minute job to change. As well. with a Ring solar charger, the battery changes only happen in winter for me as the sun is not on the doorbell then. I have a Basic subscription for the doorbell but I think the fact that if I wanted to add a home camera to the system I’d have to pay 3 times the cost for a Ring Plus subscription is simply outrageous. I’ve just got some TP-Link Tapo internal cameras instead, which I can view live and they have SD card for recording.

Working with Alexa the doorbell yells that someone is at the front door all over the house. Work very well and the camera is excellent.

Unfortunately I was unaware that you need to pay a yearly subscription for the ring doorbell to work properly.

What a great product. Pictures to phone are so clear. Easy to set up and phone let's you know if people are near you door. Makes me feel a little bit safer.
