I've repurchased this once now because it works so well and is much more affordable than the name brand. It's nice to buy it in bulk because I have to take it once a day, every day, year round. I save the smaller bottles I've had from buying those, and transfer to them from the bigger one (technically, you're not supposed to do this, but I only have so much space,) and it's really a time, money, and space saver to do that. But this bottle is simple and easy, and I get like a year's worth of my allergy meds for MUCH cheaper than any other option. It's so convenient and it works! Recommend it!

I normally don't respond to generic meds but this one works just like zyrtec. Much better pricing!

I’ve bought this allergy medicine several times now and I believe it works as well as Zyrtec. Please be aware the shape of the pill is no longer oval. It’s now round with an X on one side and a 36 on the other. I’ve attached a picture for reference. Amazon does not show this in the 365 count listing anywhere. Amazon fix this. This is medication. A picture is not shown on the bottle. This needs to be properly documented everywhere on the listing and the box so your customers have confidence they received the right medicine. There’s a picture on the 90 count confirming this shape change for anyone else surprised by this as the oval shape is all that is shown on the 365 count.

Same strength as my other brand (Walgreens but they stopped the program I was using) so looked into similar products at Amazon and found these and put them on subscribe and save so they come on a regular schedule and I am not without product. For me they work and as long as they do so will continue buying. To me they are a good value for the quantity I get.

After seeing an allergist, it turns out I'm allergic to most pollens, severely so to grass. I'm also allergic to my kitties, who I love dearly. This helps me go outside and enjoy my time with my kitties without feeling sick all the time. It works just as well as name-brand!

Last the whole 24 hours , it is not a lie , like other name brand . I have used other name brand Cetirizine tablets in the past , and they do not last more than 12 hours , you start to get the Zyrtec withdrawal with the headaches and all , the Amazon Basic Care brand actually does last that long . Highly recommend. For strong allergies , I would recommend to pair it with a nasal spray like flonase , nasacort , or nasonex.
