I will take this if I am going out to eat. I had an upset stomach for a month or so and I took this every day then, it seemed to work. Often I would dose with an extra Pepto Bismol pill and/or Alka Seltzer as needed. It seems to work pretty well, but if you are having a serious issue, you may some extra meds to support this.

Product works great but the packaging is a steaming pile of dog poop on asphalt in Phoenix in July. I got 14 pills in a bottle but 42 in a box, with three smaller boxes, and then individually and very poorly sealed packaging. I dread refilling my bottle because of how crappy (and wasteful) this packaging is.
