Compared to the name brand pads I was using before, these are much more affordable, which is important since I'm changing them frequently. With two litter systems in use, I was previously changing out pads every two days, but with these Amazon Basics pads, I've had to switch to changing them daily. While this does mean they may not absorb quite as much as the more expensive options, the trade-off is worth it for the cost savings. This package will last me about 3 months. When purchasing the name brand pads, I was paying roughly $12 for 8 pads. Doing the math, to get the same amount of pads I would be spending roughly $150. I do think the cost has been a huge factor in using this product. However, potential buyers should be aware that if you have multiple cats or particularly heavy usage, like in my case, you'll need to change these pads more frequently to prevent odors. If I leave them for longer than a day, the house starts to smell like urine, so it's essential to stay on top of regular changes. My overall experience has been positive. For homes with fewer cats or less frequent litter box use, these could last longer and provide even more value. So, anyone who is buying these probably is doing so for their Breeze system. The name brand Breeze pads (and pellets for that matter) are ridiculously overpriced! Thank gob that the pads at least have an off-brand alternative (these pads) that work as good as the actual Breeze pads. These pads are cheaper; you get way more in a pack; they work just as well as the Brreze pads; they're super absorbent; they fit the tray perfectly; these pads are top notch.

I have 2 cats (male and female) and my male cat, Vox, pees like 15 times a day I swear. I've always bought the Tidy Cat Multi Cat Pads for this reason. But the cost is killing me because I have to change the pads so often. My sister talked me into getting rid of litter and switching to this pellet system and she warned me not to get any pads besides the Tidy Cat brand but I had to try it. The reviews looked pretty good. While the name brand can't be beat with masking the urine smell and how much urine it holds these are a very close second. Enough so to buy these instead and save quite a bit. I don't think any pad is going to mask the urine 100% of the time. Let's face it, cat pee is strong. These fit perfectly in the tray and I've yet to have any leaking. They hold quite a bit of urine without leaking or falling apart. The tray underneath is always dry. At first I was alarmed because the urine on the pad was dark and I thought something was wrong with my cat(s) so I put a regular Tidy Cat pad in there and the urine looked normal. The next time I switched back to this purple pad and the urine looked dark again so it must be something in the make-up of these pads. Either way, they work and I have no complaints. Neither does my wallet. I'm buying more right now during the Black Friday sale. A good time to stock up.

I wanted to like these, and I guess I'll use them until they're exhausted, but they are not at all a similar quality level as the originals (TidyCats Breeze). The level of absorbency is ok, but it is absorbing so unevenly that after 2-3 days, some areas are saturated with urine, while some other patches are still bone dry. Did not have this problem before. With the original pads, every square inch does its job. Here I'm paying to throw away part of the product that didn't even have a chance to do its job. In the end, odor control I feel has also suffered. They do fit well, and are cheaper I'll give them that, at least. You get what you pay for?

I bought these pads to go under the litterbox because my cat misses it sometimes. These are a bit small, so I use two so that it creates a bit of an edge around the litterbox. But, in the long run, I'm thinking this is going to be more cost effective because I'm only replacing the smaller pad that was soiled and not a whole larger pad. They work great. Are very absorbent. Delivered on time.
