I’ve had these mats for two years now and they are still working. I love them so much. Very easy to use and to clean. They are durable and roll up for storage. The size is accurate too.

I’ve been using parchment paper for years. Cutting to the size of my pan and throwing away after each use. These mats are a great alternative. They come rolled in their packaging but lay flat immediately. Perfect size and durable. Super easy to clean and I haven’t managed to burn or stain them yet. I highly recommend these for rolling out dough. I appreciate review that said you still need to flour which is true. Nothing worse than dough stuck to a board. Parchment was ok but left wrinkle marks. Rolling between 2 silpat was perfect. Made 8 Holiday Nut Rolls. Worked great. I will not use them in oven. Didn't buy them for that.

I don't normally use these type of sheet pan liners but I have been cooking and baking for a Celiac family member. This is much better and cost effective than lining the pan with heavy duty foil and olive oil. I like them so much I kept two to mark as Gluten Free and two for regular food, and two more as a gift for a Celiac family member! These are extremely well made and easy care! Look great, feel great, lays flat and fit the pans perfectly!

I wasn’t sure when I initially saw these that I REALLY needed them, but I did purchase them after I read the reviews. I have used them several times and when I make cookies, they not only come right off of the mat easily, they are a beautiful golden brown on the bottom! I have also used them for biscuits, and get the same great results! So far, they lay flat on the pans and they are easily cleaned. I’m so glad I made this purchase!!

I love these. I made cookies for Christmas and they worked beautifully. We've used them to bake other food as well. They are easy to clean with warm soapy water and better than parchment paper. You just can't use them over 480°F, so no broiler.
