My dogs are both picky but they love these. They are a bit pricy but they last a long time. They're hard enough for heavy chewers and keep them busy for hours so I can get my work done. There's no odor and thankfully they don't cause issues like vomiting, diarrhea or gas! My Frenchie is prone to all 3.

I have a mini Aussie, who is an aggressive chewer, and a bit anxious. This keeps her mouth and little brain busy and doesn’t smell! Though they’re kind of expensive they last a long time, very well worth the money.

We have two small 25lb dogs - if you asked one of them to review these, she would give them 5 stars... if you asked the other, he would probably give them 2 stars! They are very hard and take a while for our female to gnaw through them, but she will work at it for quite a while. The male doesn't seem interested, but will gnaw on it for a short time. The good thing about these is there is very little smell and they don't get slimey like other rawhides. Since it takes a long time to get through them, the dogs never get sick like they do after wolfing down some other rawhide bones. I would give them 5 stars, but deducting a star as they may not be for every dog's taste.

These were recommended to me by a friend because I have a pup that’s an aggressive chewer. My friend said each of these chews lasted a week or more with her aggressive chewers. These rate as one step below antlers on a hardness scale with antlers being the hardest thing a pup should chew. I had to take the first one away because my pup chewed it in a few hours. Honestly, I lost track of time while working at home then realized my pup had been quiet too long. These are pricey. However, my pup loves them. We give them and set a timer so that we don’t loose track of time. The package has directions on how to make the small pieces into crunchy “cheeto like” snacks that are safe. We will buy more, but will be aware they won’t last a week!

My dog is older and has some teeth missing. Too hard for her to chew.

We have four dogs of all different sizes, so we go through a lot of dog chews. These yak chews are probably our favorites of the bunch! They're big enough for our larger dogs, but our little dogs enjoy them, too. They also last much longer than bully sticks or comparable chews, so we don't go through them as quickly, which we really appreciate. Our large dogs can demolish most natural chews in a couple minutes, but these really hold up! Would recommend.

I've been giving these to my dogs for over a year. They love them. It helps keep their teeth clean and they are hard enough so I don't have to give them a new one even day. If they get too small for them to chew, just soak in warm water for a few minutes and then stick it in the microwave for a minute. It swells up like a cheese puff, so no waste.

It's a slightly different color than the other brands I have bought. And my dog started breaking off chunks. Big chunks, little chunks. A LOT of chunks. And it wasn't just one of the yak chews in a pack. It was all of them. Choking hazard. If you use this yak chew as a bone, you definitely need to supervise. (Unless you are only giving it to your dog warmed up, in which case, i am sure its a fine treat.)
