I had my old Firestick seven years, almost to the day, and its intermittent crankiness over the past few weeks finally turned into complete flat line. We got the new version today and it was such a pleasure to set up. You know how older people get all stressed about pairing up new equipment - this was seamless. I only had to enter our WiFi password and the brand of TV. The instructions were easy to follow and ts stick walked me through each step. The rest of the pairings involved typing a code into web addresses from the laptop (or smart phone). I had to let a few of the Apps update but we were watching our favorite shows again within minutes. The remote has a few new shortcut features, including volume which is very convenient. This new model is noticeably snappier with great streaming quality. We are slowly weaning ourselves off of cable and the Firestick has been a great addition to our nightly entertainment.

Works well, easy to set up, sounds great, and have no issues with buffering or freezing. We haven’t had a problem with memory capacity. It was a good solution for our old tv with outdated apps. Saved us a lot of money.

I purchased this Firestick for a friend, and he absolutely loved it! The package arrived a little damaged and looking rough lol, but thankfully, the product itself was perfectly fine and worked great, which is all that really matters to me. The box does feel a bit fragile, so if you’re planning to resell it or store it, a stronger material might be better. However, in my case, that wasn’t an issue. I also live in the Dominican Republic and use a courier in Miami, so I assume the shipping process added some extra wear and tear. As for performance, my friend is super happy with his Firestick! It runs fast, and now he can enjoy Netflix without struggling with his TV’s slow and outdated apps (which were honestly dusty lol). Overall, a great purchase and a perfect gift!

Product arrived in great condition within its packaging. It was easy to install, and instructions were easy to follow. It comes with all equipment needed for product to function properly. The firestick does need a power outlet to be plugged into for its use. The sound and video quality are good, and the voice control helps when searching for things quickly. It takes estimate 5-8 minutes to properly configure and install all apps in the beginning but its quick and easy use once all set up is done. Happy with our purchase!

Fire Sticks are easy to set up and operate. This is my second one, which I purchased when I switched to a streaming service for live TV. I have two TVs, so I need two Fire Sticks. The first one is an earlier model (3rd generation) and has always worked great. This newer one has an odd quirk where it sometimes jumps back to the Fire Stick home page, backing out of whatever I was watching. I have seen comments online that others are having this issue as well. It happens a few times a day if the TV is on for long periods of time. This didn’t start happening until after the window for returns, so I have moved it to the lesser used TV where the quirk doesn’t occur as much.

I brought this remote to stream on my smart tv for the holidays. Its great! Especially because I dont have cable but now I have access to hundreds of channels. I can stream movies, news, talk and game shows. I especially like using Alexa to find me a movie and change the channels. Definitely worth it if you dont have cable.

My old Sticks were not performing well. This one was at a deep discount! It says it's "LITE" but I don't know what that means. All I know is that this is faster, better than any Stick I ever had. Very easy setup. It has Volume buttons, takes you through a test of volume, asks you if it changes the volume, and "I said, "No". So it asked if I had a RECEIVER which I do (Yamaha Stereo receiver where all my home theater components are connected, including my speakers, turntable, and FireStick) and it setup the remote to control the volume AND - also the On-Off of my TV & my receiver. Now I only use 1 remote, the Amazon Fire Stick Remote, which was a long-awaited wish I had. I don't use the Disney/Peacock/Netflix buttons, but I don't care if they're on the remote.
