I ordered the battery set first and one just stopped working after a few months after changing the batteries. I decided to order the set that you charge instead. These work great! Ordered a few more sets for Christmas gifts.

Never really thought I needed these until a friend had them and I saw how convenient they were while cooking. Super easy to use, charge and refill. One of the units came undone while operating, the spinning piece completely came apart over the food I was cooking. I was able to get all the pieces but wasn't sure how to put back together properly. Reached out to customer service and they sent a new grinder. Excellent customer service and quick shipping.

I bought this item for a friend as my wife and I really enjoy ours. I like the fact that itself activated when you turn it on you really don’t have to touch the salt or the pepper and it makes it easier on the table for people to take how much either salt or pepper they might like on their food. It grinds. Well it works well, especially if you use quality products.

UPDATE: The vendor replaced my set and the new set is improved and even better! And they only require 4 batteries, not 6, per grinder. The new set works great and I'm delighted with the product and superior level of customer service. I highly recommend. Oh, and the set I had bought as a gift for someone still works for them, so this means the set I had was just defective. I'm overall pleased and will purchase from this vendor in the future! I bought these last year but didn't take them out of the box and use u til recently when we had a large dinner party. People loved them and we also used them daily so I was really disappointed that one of them stoped working after 3 months. I thought perhaps they had been overused but the other one stopped working about 5 weeks later. Terribly disappointed and will not buy them again. I had given a set as a gift but never heard back from the recipients if theirs died, too.

Great product. Used a regular pepper grinder before but this makes it much easier. The charge is quick and it last a long time before needed to recharge it again. It's easy to refill as well and just very convenient. If you want to change the size of pepper that is being grounded, you can adjust it on the top. Works fantastic!

I bought two sets on Dec. 11th, 2021, one for myself and one as a gift -- nearly 3 years ago. I LOVE them and use them constantly, they are my only salt & pepper dispensers. However, be advised that salt corrosion is a problem -- every 6 months or so the salt grinder starts becoming intermittent and won't activate (shaking/tapping it helps for a while). I have to remove the batteries and burnish the battery connections (I use a Dremel tool wire brush) which usually helps a lot, but I think the internal gravity switch is slowly degrading too. I'm not complaining -- it's been three years of heavy daily use. I think I'm just going to have to buy a new set every few years, but I consider them worth it. (Also, as others have said, make sure your salt is as dry as possible.)

I wanted one handed dispensing and this works well. Looks good, seems to work well. I think there is a learning curve- my first try was kind of excessive. I was tired of hand washing as I salted uncooked meat- I think this will really solve the problem and I won't be disinfecting the containers as much either. Just what I wanted- now to practice!!

Purchased these mainly for the copper accents which coordinate with our kitchen decor, but absolutely love the convenience of the auto-grind. Adjusting the coarse/fineness of the output is simple and the batteries are easy to access. Would be excellent for gifts.
