I will leave my original review at the bottom. After I posted my original review Anker reached out and offered me a refund or a replacement. I opted to take the replacement and give them another chance to see if maybe the first one was just a bad unit. I'm an glad that I did. I have put the replacement in place exactly as I had the original and have been running it for a day now. It is driving two 1080p monitors and so far has not had a single issue. I have a 100w Anker USB C charger going into the hub and it is supplying power to my laptop. The hub does get warm to the touch, but that is expected and clearly noted as normal in the documentation. So I can give this a thumbs up and also have to give Anker a big thumbs up for standing by their products and having great customer support. Old Review: I guess I should have looked at the reviews a bit closer. I got this to drive 2 monitors. Something my machine is more than capable of doing with a RTX3070 in it. Hooking it all up the two monitors will come on and work but then randomly drop out. Sometimes it is just one sometimes it is both. They go black and stay blank. Sometimes they come back after a second. Sometimes they stay gone till I unplug the hub and plug it back in. The device is getting plenty of power as it is connected to an Anker 100w usb c power supply. In addition to the going blank, I have also noticed watching videos that now the video will get out of sync with the video on the monitors. This is very disappointing.

This Anker Docking Station is a lifesaver for my work-from-home setup! It connects everything seamlessly—my monitor, mouse, keyboard, and even my SD cards. No more tangled cords or switching cables. The build quality is solid, and it's truly plug-and-play. Highly recommend if you're looking for an all-in-one hub!

Before I retired I had a company high-end business Windows laptop with a physical docking station which made life much easier. Recently I bought a mid-range Windows laptop for which there is no physical docking station marketed; after doing some research I found that the Anker 14-in-1 hub meets my needs. I paired the hub with an Anker 100W charger (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0C1FZWT8M/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1) and found that the hub + charger do the job perfectly. No more monitor flickering off and on like my previous cheap hub, Anker has a well-deserved reputation for quality products. Comments: 1) The hub runs a little warm, but never too hot to touch, apparantly the metal enclosure acts a heat sink. 2) One minor con: the USB C cable to the computer is very short, it may not reach if you want to hang the computer on the wall or even under the table. 3) Don't be put off by the name of the wall charger "Mac Book Pro Charger", it works fine with Windows machines. 4) I am running 2 monitors at 1920x1080 with no probelms at all but I haven't tried 4K yet.

Dell Laptop. Works Perfect. Only issue was the cable was too short

This works to connect my laptop to my two monitor. Works as intended. It does get extremely hot but I think that's normal. There's also other USB ports to connect my mouse and keyboard. I purchased this one specifically because it had AUX for speaker. I noticed Spotify is not compatible with the hub, I'm unsure why but when I try to use Spotify the entire computer screen goes black. Lol

I am writing to inquire about support for an Anker product that has ceased functioning after approximately four months of use. Unfortunately, I am beyond the 30-day return window provided by Amazon. I have attempted to contact Anker customer support via phone but was unable to locate a specific support option for this particular product within the automated menu system. I have previously utilized other Anker products with positive experiences and am therefore disappointed with the current situation. I would greatly appreciate guidance on how to proceed with troubleshooting or obtaining a resolution for this issue."

I bought this to replace the Dell UD 22 dock recommended by Dell that is overpriced. Many too many spare parts to install and can’t compete with this Anker.

I had limited connections to my new WIN 11 laptop. This device not only provided a real working high current pass thru to charge my laptop, it included numerous options that vastly expanded my use of the laptop. It has a HDMI port that works perfectly with my nearby HD TV. It also has VGA so I can continue to use a nice video projector and I can retire a very old laptop I had hung on to for that purpose. And lastly, this is a rugged piece of equipment not plastic.. it is metal and can survive a lot of abuse...good for taking on the road.

Everything works, and it works well! I get full speeds on the ethernet port! For me, this has always been a battle. But this device delivers and I am super happy with it. I was also impressed with the audio port. It has a good DAC and gives me 24/96 audio!!! Other docks i've tried were pitiful in this regard. Thank you Anker for a great product.

Home worker. Dual hdmi screen. Usb-c headset. Usb power. Plugged another usb hub into this. It just worked. No fuss, no nonsense with drivers. What was particularly impressive was when I detached it from my work windows 10 machine and plugged into my fedora laptop. It just worked. Very pleased. All my expensive cherry and Logitech peripherals and screen can all be used elsewhere. I moved 1 cable - spent £50 but saved hundreds. Great work Anker
