I have four different laptops that get used across my work, teaching, and personal contexts, so flexibility is key. 2 macs, 2 lenovo windows products for context. I can use all four with this seamlessly with my 2 32" displays (see note below on macs). I use a logitech unified receiver with the dock that makes keyboard, mouse, and video camera functions seamless. For the macs, if I need two displays connected, I leverage the external HDMI port on the MacBook pros and I get 2 displays easily. On windows 2 displays is seamless due to OS support for multi-stream transport (I wish Apple would get onboard with this). Super happy with this setup and easy charging for USB c and USB A devices. Would definitely buy again!

The Anker Dock 14-in-1 was incredibly easy to set up, and it functions flawlessly. I appreciate its minimalist design, which seamlessly fits into my workspace without being obtrusive. The build quality is impressive; it feels robust and sturdy, far from the cheap plastic that many other docks use. I was pleasantly surprised by its substantial weight, which adds to its stability and ensures it stays securely in place during use. With a wide array of ports, it has everything I need for my devices, making it a versatile addition to my setup. Overall, I’m really satisfied with this purchase!

This docking station is a beauty, and I love having it on my desk. There are a few shortcomings or want-to-haves that I wish it included, but overall, I am very glad to have purchased it to replace the Dell docking station I received from work. Here are some pros and cons for my particular use case: Pros: 1. Flexibility of use. I can switch from my work windows PC to my personal MacBook without having to stress about sufficient power delivery via usb-c. 2. Port access on the back. Lots of usb-a and usb-c ports for data transfer and charging. Be sure to note which ports are specifically for power delivery on the front left - those do not have data transfer. 3. Appearance/Mini screen. I love the information display, and it is handy to see how much power is being sent to my devices. 4. Software. The dock manager software is helpful if a bit barebones. Cons: 1. Cost. The dock is a bit pricey, so if you can pick it up at a discount, that's your best bet. 2. Lack of SD card slot. I wish it had one so I could download pictures from my camera without having to dig out a cable or adapter. 3. Max of 160W - if you are charging a MacBook with the main usb-c cable, it maxes out at 100W, leaving only 60W leftover for any other devices from the front power delivery ports. This means if I need to charge my work PC and personal MacBook at the same time, I might need to use a different charger. 4. IF you use a MacBook, you can only functionally use one external monitor. You can plug in two, but they will duplicate no matter what. Since I only have one monitor on my desk this is not an issue, but if you want to use two monitors, that will only work for PC. I have the same issue with my previous dock, so this is not a loss for me. Overall, a stellar dock and I love how it streamlines my desk. Anker once again comes through with a high-quality device!

Very nice build quality and everything works great. However, be aware that it does not support wide screen monitors. I am going to keep it and use a different monitor adapter but at this price point, I expected more. The integrated screen isn't a problem like other reviewers have stated. My unit is clear even when viewing at an angle.

I have a Lenovo legion slim 7. A couple years ago, I bought an anker dock (A8397) that didn't work when trying to connect any displays to this laptop since my laptop doesn't have thunderbolt. I was disappointed because I paid more for that dock than I did for this one. I did have a different laptop that the other dock did support but my legion is a much better workhorse. When the legion laptop is plugged in with its own 230w charger this dock works great. I even get to use my 1440p monitor at 144hz tested. It also supports dual 4k60 in addition to its internal display. Without my laptop charger plugged in, this one works occasionally but normally ends up with the screen flashing and repeatedly being unusable. Definitely keep it plugged in with its own charger. My Samsung s23 worked with 2 screens showing the dex environment mirrored. My steam deck worked enough to display on only the first monitor. I'm not sure if it was 4k because I was just messing around seeing what worked. The fps counter said 60fps. I don't know if it was locked to the screen hz or not since I don't use vertical sync. I've also messed with the settings before just trying to get good FPS not good quality and I am not sure what all I've changed.

I looked at lots of docking stations for my setup, ( I need my A,B &C) extended work space for what I do. This Anker, is the one, it is the Boss of all docking stations, of any Brand . It's of an excellent quality (very well made). It has enogh power to impress you, and it will exceeds your expectations on every output. It has enough ports, for whatever setup you may think of. It's small and discreet, but also loaded with ports to manages all your needs. I usually drop carry it with my in the laptop bag, to take ti work when I need. Excellent choice, and the price is fair for being top of the market device, but also you get your money worth anyway. The design, power and most important performance all makes for a great product. Well done Anker đź‘Ź
