Bought these because the price was lower than in store and so far they work perfect. I haven’t had any issues with sound quality or battery life. This was very easy to connect and I use them daily. They also come with the buds so you can change the size to whatever you like. However it did not come in a standard apple box but in a Amazon repair package.

Product came looking almost fully brand new no scratches or marks and fully functional I was reluctant to buy them used but I have no regrets they work great

Beware of "premium renewed" product. Sometimes it's not premium at all, but still carries the problems that someone else had. Love Airpods pro, but this one crackles in the right ear (intermittently) and both slip in and out of Automatic Noise Control. OTOH, Amazon's return policy makes it painless, and that may be enough to merit the gamble.

I bought these because of the external sound amplification feature,, in lieu of hearing aids. I put my audiogram into the Health app and they're supposed to use it to tune amplification. They work AMAZINGLY well for that. They make music sound good too, although I have another pair of earbuds that I like better for music. But they don't stay in my ears! No matter which size of tips I use they fall out within a few minutes even if I'm not moving my head. I've been trying after-market gadgets to help them stay in, but so far no luck. The battery life is only five hours or so when I use them with the sound amplification feature. The charging case is supposed to work with an Apple Watch charger, but it doesn't work reliably...worse, sometimes it PRETENDS to charge (it sticks to the charger and the charging light comes on) but then continues draining the battery. I have to plug in the lightning cable to charge them. Not a big deal but it was annoying until I figured out what was happening.

Absolutely appear as brand new. Not a scratch on them and they sound excellent. I had left mine on the plane when I was on vacation last month so these were a replacement. No difference in the pair I got from Apple. Don’t be afraid to get these!
