I wasted six hours today trying to update the software in order to use this watch that I purchased. It takes hours to get to the “preparing“ screen and then freezes and will not update the software. It is not usable. I am so frustrated. do not order this product from the seller. I plan to return it, but the only ways to return are at Whole Foods or across town at an Amazon store so I will have to go out of my way to return this junk product.

Even though I had to return because the watch didn’t hold a charge, I’d buy from here again! Watch was for my 70 yo mom. We didn’t wipe correctly before sending back. Customer service was excellent and helpful. Offered call backs, texts and phone help

Estéticamente parece nuevo viene muy bien cuidado, lo único malo es que me llegó con 86%(no en todos los casos en igual) en la condición de la batería, el cargador y la correa son genéricos pero funcionan bien, tomando en cuenta que es un producto reacondicionado y el precio. Esta bien

Funciona muy bien, tiene casi nada de detalles estéticos como arañazos o golpes, la pantalla se ve rara pero creo que es porque trae una mica de vidrio que la hace ver más gruesa. Viene con cargador genérico y correa que funcionan bien. Me llegó al 85% la batería, espero darle al menos 1 mes para ver cómo funciona. Pero en general es bueno. Actualización A casi un mes de uso, puedo asegurar que la batería tiene una muy buena vida, su uso es excelente y sin ningún tipo de falla. La pantalla si trae una mica de vidrio que me lo está protegiendo bastante. Fue una muy buena compra.
