Whenever I buy previously used devices, I wait a bit before leaving a review. But I can't even wait for this one! I am so pleased. I placed my order July 4th and got the phone just 4 days later. They shipped FAST! I ordered RENEWED (not Renewed PREMIUM) and I was second guessing myself while awaiting delivery. I worried about the battery health. I was so pleasantly surprised when I checked and saw that it was at 88% health. That is not bad at all. I am more than glad to have the battery replaced eventually when needed considering I saved hundreds of dollars buying a previously used phone AND also sold my old iPhone 8 Plus on eBay. It's only $89 for Apple to replace the battery which is, to me, a good deal considering how many years they last. I'm not bothering to share any photos of the phone itself because there are plenty of those in other reviews here. The phone is virtually flawless. A few very minor scratches around the edges, but I don't care about that. It's covered by the Otterbox case I have it in. Another note is that it was delivered with a tempered glass screen protector already installed. I replaced it with a new one, but it just goes to show they think of everything. They could have removed it but it was a little extra protection while it was in transit. I've been doing my best (and will continue) to try every single feature of the phone before the warranty is up to make sure I don't have any surprises down the road, but I am confident this is going to be my 'new' baby for the next 3 to 4 years. That's about how long I keep a phone before upgrading. I honestly would have kept my old iPhone 8 Plus if not for the fact that I couldn't get iOS 17 on it and I loved the new features of the operating system upgrade. I also wanted a better camera. The sound quality is excellent. the touch screen is completely responsive and I LOVE the beautiful blue color. I implore you to take a chance on renewed/refurbished devices. I have been buying 'like new' devices for decades now and I am rarely disappointed. Any minor aggravations I've encountered have been generously offset by the money I've saved. I always stay a few models behind the newest to get the most savings. Oh! One more thing. If you Google it, many complain of how long it takes the iPhone 12 models to charge. I had the same complaint initially but I just stopped using my convenient bedside USB hub and started using the Anker 60W PIQ wall charger I keep in my living room. That DRAMATICALLY decreased the time it takes to charge. I bought a super long cord here on Amazon so I can charge from a distance and that's all it took. The Anker 60W PIQ charger (also here on Amazon) is lightning fast compared to standard chargers.

Bought this phone refurbished. Only had a couple scratches on the side of the phone. Other than that everything was in prestige condition considering it was a 512 GB and for the price again it wasn’t bad. How they recommend this as long as you go through the same company I went through when you buy it. And you definitely wanna try to get it in excellent/ condition. I’ve had for a little over 6 months now. So far it’s been awesome though!! Again, if this goes directly to the company that I bought from then I would highly recommend using them again!!

I bought this Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max through an Amazon seller, so I thought it would be legitimate and actually work. When I got the phone, I had to change it all into English, which was fine, but a red flag. When I bought the phone, it said the condition was excellent. The phone would not hold a charge throughout the day and was constantly extremely hot whether I used it for even a small amount of time or had to charge it from a low (charge) percentage. One day after about 3 months, it just completely stopped working and gave me a black screen. It would not charge. I tried to get it to work through Apple customer service and my Apple laptop. I also spent approximately 6 hours at my cell phone carrier trying to get it to charge up. Finally, I gave up and just bought a new iPhone 16 after the manager informed me we had exhausted every option at this point. I contacted Amazon for a refund and even requested an additional review after I was denied. Amazon told me that I could only return the phone up to 14 days after purchase, which is ridiculous because I would assume a phone would work after 3 months! So now I am out of $450 and I bought all 12pro max accessories that I’m out of money as well. I ended up having to buy the new iPhone 16 anyway which I should have just bought from my phone carrier in the first place. I now have a $450 phone that is unusable whatsoever. I have never written a negative review, but this is very unfair to me.

I got it refurbished and it was a good solid phone but the case I got for it wasn’t good enough so eventually too many slips out of my pocket lead to its demise. When first bought it was like brand new, perfect shine and no scratches. Battery life did gradually get shorter and run out of charge over time quicker as the months passed. I had the phone for almost two years. Nice, slick feel in your hand without a case. Phone was super easy to unlock and get situated with my phone company. Everything transferred over quick and without hassle or having to go to a phone store. However after too many falls to the ground over time, the day I gave birth to my son it decided to go green and pink screen. The camera quality also got bad over time from a crack in the lense. Luckily I didn’t lose any pictures or data but it was really inconvenient to have the phone die the day I give birth to my son and then had to spend the next two days phoneless. Luckily my husband got plenty of pictures!

Great quality. My phone didn’t have any problems. I would buy from this seller again for sure.

not going to lie I was kinda hesitant to buy a phone that’s renewed off Amazon. But this phone is better than the iPhone I bought previously straight from Apple. I’ve had this phone for a while now and I dropped it god knows how many times and have no cracks. Yes I have screen protector and case but even with those my phone would still crack. I don’t remember what the battery life on my phone was when I first got it but it was in the 90s I believe. The phone came exactly like what I expected it to be and more. I thought there would be scratches and damages on it but there was no damage on it (mind you I did want a better quality refurbished phone). Overall I love this phone so much and I’m forever grateful that I was able to get this one for such a cheap price (compared to a new iPhone)

I was worried buying the unlocked version of the phone, but have not had an issue and it's almost been a year already. Love the 12 Pro Max too - such a great phone.

As I live in a small community; ended up travelling to a City to get help. Over a couple days, the phone server & Jump+Apple Premium Retailer spent several hours trying to get the refurbished iPhone to function. In summary, the phone was non-functional! With all the years of purchasing from Amazon, this is the very first time returning an item. Many thanks from Amazon for refunding the cost of the refurbished phone. I will never buy another refurbished phone.
