I was pleasantly surprised that the iPhone came in excellent conditions. Not a single scratch or mark on the screen or on the back. A few minor marks in the stainless steel frame and that’s it. The battery health is at 100% and everything works great. They even included a screen protector and a plastic case for free, which are super useful while you purchase a more sturdy one. The packaging was done well and everything came well protected. They also included a generic charging cable which I’m not going to use because I already have an original one. Everything was great for me, I really recommend it and I’ll buy from them again.

The renewed iPhone 13 Pro that I ordered was designated “Renewed - Excellent”, and I believe they (Woot), got it pretty much correct. There is a couple of very tiny scratches, almost imperceivable on the outside corner of the screen and one on one of the lenses (of no consequence). There is also a small ding just above the Lightning port at the bottom of the phone, also has no effect on performance. After more than 2 weeks of use, the phone has performed as I would expect and hope. The Excellent designation comes with a guarantee that the battery will have a greater than 80% health rating. Well, for this phone, it just clears that rating at 81% health. I was hoping for a higher rating, but it still qualifies by their rule and so far charging times have been normal. One more real disappointing issue for me, is that the screen, although mostly in excellent condition over its surface, the edges of it looked unusually rough, kind of wavy or uneven. This wouldn’t be so bad in use, however after installing a screen protector, this edge unevenness resulted in air pockets being created underneath the glass protector. A possible vulnerability to collecting dust and dirt. So far it has been a worthwhile purchase and I hope this phone will continue to provide excellent service. Time will tell and this will be the first place I’ll come to report any changes.

I bought the Apple iPhone 13 Pro, 128GB in Graphite about a year ago, and it’s still working perfectly fine. The phone feels as fast and responsive as when I first got it, with the camera still impressing me every time I use it. I got it through Amazon's refurbished system, and honestly, I was a little unsure at first, but it’s been so reliable. The phone looks brand new, and there were no issues with the performance. The Amazon refurbished system gave me the confidence to go for it, and I haven’t regretted it. It’s a great way to get a high-quality phone at a lower price, and so far, it’s been as good as buying it new.

The phone appears to be in good condition and looks beautiful and feels premium to hold compared to the iphone SE. There doesn't seem to be any scratches on the screen or the back. After testing the phone's functions, everything works perfect. There's one downside though. You would think you're getting this phone for cheap for around $440. But really you have to spend more money since this phone came with a battery health of 78%. I had to spend $102 to send it out to Apple to get a new battery put into it. Then about $42 on a case and screen protector. So, a $440 purchase comes out to be more like $617 total with taxes. Still cheaper than the original price when the iphone 13 pro first released in 2021 which was $1000. It would have cost me about $920 for the iphone 16 with case/screen protector and taxes, so I save about $300.

THE SENDEE DID THEY STUFF , first off came super quick with a veryyyy long charger and block camera quality is amazing it feels good looks amazing , a little dust around the camera but that ain’t hurt nobody , very easy to setup and the battery health is AMAZING, it was at 90% and i know that dosent sound good but i got my iphone 12 pro with 80% battery this phone is my moms and its amazing , comes with sim thingy . I RECOMMEND

Brought this iPhone recently. Excellent condition. No scratches. Battery health 91%. Everything works nice. Comes with a usb A to lightning cable and a preapplied screen protector.

This phone is in mint condition. No scratches or marks anywhere. Max battery is 87% which is really good for a second hand phone. Definitely happy with this phone and would recommend

I cannot believe why anyone would purchase a new phone once receiving this one. It is in excellent condition at a very affordable price.
