I never write reviews but I figured I would because there’s too many bad reviews for this thing. This company itself is very trustworthy out of the others on Amazon. When it came it came with 2 other things I ordered but it was indeed packaged like a phone would be in its own separate box. Nicely protected and the looks of this were beyond my expectations. I honestly didn’t see any scratches, the camera and screen were perfect. So I figured I’d start setting it up and see if there was anything wrong with it software wise. None! All hoes very smoothly, I got it connected to my carrier the next day. It’s very durable and all of the little things work perfectly along with the big things. Passcodes, Face ID, etc. I was a little skeptical as I’ve never purchased a renewed phone before. Let alone not on Amazon. But honestly, get it. It’s a simple and cheap choice. I’m 19 and I work for my money. This was the smartest purchase I’ve made.🤗

Ordered a phone in excellent condition. Save for a couple of nicks on the outside edges, this phone looks almost brand new. I was originally looking for a phone with 512gb or storage, but the 1TB was only $10 more. The phone arrived via FedEx Priority Overnight. Battery health shows 93%. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase, and the huge chunk of change saved by going with a gently used phone.

I was a little hesitant to get a refurbished phone. But this phone has been amazing. It came in a box and looked absolutely brand new. No scratches or scuffs, it fired right up and it’s been working great. I have bought several refurbished or used like new items on Amazon and I’ve gotten a few lemons, but I’ve gotten some really good deals too, and this was an especially good deal. When I buy something renewed, I always check the company selling it. And now I won’t buy it unless they have a rating over 98% over at least a year.

I purchased a 128GB iPhone 15 Pro in blue for about $675. Mine was shipped quickly. Box not original. Came with a charging cable, also not original. My unit has a couple of very minor scratches on the back, but I will use a case so don’t mind. Screen is flawless. Battery health 100% with only four full charge cycles, despite the phone being originally activated over one year prior.

The phone was almost brand new, Battery health was 100% with 160 cycles, but there was a TINY scratch on the screen top right barely noticable but noticable. Also faint scratches on the front camera, which did not affect the front camera at all.

Install: 1.) Suggest using wi-fi/cloud to update and transfer your profile * after phone updates, transfer may fail. Just restart again using Wi-Fi/cloud. Phone initially does this to make sure it’s up to date before upload. 2.) Let your phone fully install apps 3.) Open provider app, I’m using Mint mobile (a) Account > Sim Card > Change Device (b) select get “eSIM” (c) select “this my new device “ 4.) Process takes a few minutes, you’ll notice data bars on old phone should say “sos” it new phone’s data will be activated

Purchased an 256GB iPhone 15 Pro and am very happy with what I got. Item shipped and arrived quickly, had no signs of damage (no scratches, speakers clean, no damage to camera lens), and was at 95% battery health. The phone did have some dirt outlines from sitting in a previous case and came with the wrong cable (lightning instead of usb-c), but to me those are very minor details considering the very reasonable price I paid.

The phone looks great. No scratches and works like new. I can’t give it 5 stars because the battery life is at 88%. Was really wanting a better battery for the price I paid. Happy overall though

i was a little worried about buying a refurbished iphone from amazon given some of the sellers reviews but my phone came in great condition. there are some very minor scratches but theyre barely noticable and everything else is in working condition. the battery capacity was 100% with 190 charge cycles on it. came with a glass screen protector on which was nice. it does not come in the apple iphone box but rather a box from the reseller with an off brand usb-A to usb-c cord, but the phone was about $400 cheaper than its market price so it doesn’t even matter

Got this for Xmas. I bought 3. They tried to cover up the scratches on the screen by shipping the phone with a screen protector . So far the phone is working ok (1week). I’m just worried the phone will start acting up after the 90 day warranty. I’ll post update before Match return deadline

At first I was happy with the phone I received. It wasn’t until I had spent a week setting it up that I saw the problem. It was after a week that I ordered a case and screen protector. The phone was advertised as “excellent” condition, but upon removing the screen protector that came with the phone, I found several deep scratches. According to Amazon’s criteria this phone should have been classified as “acceptable” and obviously should have been priced accordingly. I contacted Amazon because I didn’t want to return it due to 1) I can’t live a week without a phone, 2) I don’t want to spend another week setting up a phone, 3) there is no guarantee that another phone will be any better since this phone was either not properly checked or someone made a the decision to hide the scratches with a screen protector. Support told me there was nothing they could do other than offering a return. This is my first experience with this “refurbished by Amazon” program idea and it’s very disappointing. They are not checking the phones or they are purposely hiding flaws

After less than 24 hours, the change from an iPhone 11 to 15 Pro is unbelievable, especially with the camera and what it can do with the zoom option. This unit looks and behaves like new, but at a refurbished price. Very, very pleased.
