The phone was just as advertised with a renewed premium condition. Battery health came in at 91% and there was only a tiny scratch on the screen. The frame was flawless. I have used the phone for a week successfully with no trouble. I am glad I purchased directly from Amazon.

This phone was promised to be “excellent” condition. It was far from that. There was a small scratch in the front and the phone was not completely wiped clean. When I downloaded instagram I was already logged into a teenage girls account. Yikes! Imagine if this phone would have been in the wrong hands! It was packaged rather poorly for something that took so long to arrive. The phone seems to also have some mild software issues which are manageable, but for this price tag and the promise of excellent quality, I expect just that

The phone came as expected, in more than optimal conditions. Of course, box and cable are not original but that's mentioned in the description (always read before buying). 100% battery life and around 200 charging cycles. Zero scratches and almost-new condition of the phone. I would buy again from this seller.

This phone seems to be brand new - 100% battery life, total of 1 charging cycle, no scratches or dents, very reasonably priced compared to new. 4 stars instead of 5 cause it came with a lightning cable instead of USB-C. We have quite a few (now useless) lightning cables already, would think Jeff Bezos would understand the difference... Of course the Amazon automated return bot won't replace just accessories - we could have sent the entire phone back, but the phone itself is great, so we just ordered some USB-C cables (from Amazon of course) for a couple of bucks.

I found out they are only 20 minutes away from where we live so I think I will go directly to them when I make my next purchase to see if I can get the next phone from them directly. About the phone. The battery holds a charge for a long time and the phone looks just like a new phone. No dents, no screen scratches. There was a tiny mark on the frame but I think it was just a mark due to a manufacturing defect when it left the iPhone factory. You can't see it anyway because it's in my phone case and looks and works like a brand new phone.

I was skeptical about the refurbished status, but the battery health was good enough at 92% and the phone only had a few small marks that were barely noticable. The charger it comes with doesn’t work as other reviews mentioned - it’s not an authentic apple charger either. I’m a bit disappointed in the camera quality and expected better, but this is a known problem for the phone if you do research. It is not a result of buying the phone from Amazon but it is an issue with the iphone 15 pro in general.

Como es reacondicionado no esperaba una calidad impecable pero me sorprendió, detalles mínimos por no decir imperceptibles, funcionamiento al 100, no viene el cable original pero el que viene funciona muy bien, y la batería al 100%. Recomendado!

Llego seminuevo, batería al 100%, no trae charola para chip, es esim, sin detalles estéticos, liberado, original, Amazon EU.

Solo tiene 1 ciclo de carga y la primera vez que se uso fue en agosto de 2024 y aún con la capacidad máxima al 100% veré como funciona si sale algo mal actualizare la reseña
