I was not sure what to expect with a refurbished phone off Amazon, but I was very pleasantly surprised of the quality and ease of setup with my iPhone 15 pro max. It seemed like a brand new phone except for one thing.. while setting up my phone it presented me with the option of my phone number or a different number I did not recognize. I’m guessing this is the previous owners phone number. This number remained in the phone settings until I did a deep dive and deleted the e-sim from that number. Other than that weird encounter every thing else was smooth. Setup was easy, no Verizon store visit, used iCloud and e-sim transfer.

I love this phone✨ The color is so pretty, it’s a great value, and it feels thinner than my old iPhone and doesn’t heat up at all. It’s so brand new, it has no scratches, dents or cracks on it, the screen looks so good too! i can’t wait to see how it looks in the cases i buy for it. The delivery was so quick too i got it in just 3days after ordering it. I’m glad i bought this because my old iPhone broke on me recently.

Extremely Disappointed with “Excellent” Refurbished iPhone I am beyond disappointed with this purchase. I bought this phone based on the description that it was “excellent refurbished” condition, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Here’s why I’m giving this a 1-star rating: 1. Overheating Issues: The phone gets hot very quickly during basic use, even when just browsing or texting. It’s uncomfortable to hold and concerning for long-term use. 2. Battery Life is Terrible: Despite the description claiming the battery was at 98%, the phone drains ridiculously fast. I can barely make it through a few hours before needing to charge again. For a phone advertised as “excellent,” this is unacceptable. 3. Scuffed Camera: The camera has visible scuffs on it, making it seem like no effort was made to refurbish or inspect the phone properly before selling it. 4. Battery Cycles Misleading: The phone already had 128 cycles, which isn’t what I would expect from a battery advertised as nearly new. This level of wear should have been disclosed upfront. 5. Stuck Without Options: I can’t go without a phone, so now I’m stuck with a subpar device in a predicament I didn’t sign up for. This was supposed to be a reliable, refurbished phone, but it feels like I’ve been sold something far from “excellent.” I’m very disappointed with this purchase and would strongly recommend others avoid this seller. If I had the option, I would return this immediately.

This was so super easy to set up. I didn’t even have to call my cellular company to switch my service. It automatically seamlessly did it while I was setting up the phone. Also, I’m happy that I bought it from Amazon versus getting it from my mobile carrier because I got the one terabyte Storage for less than $1000 and the mobile company would’ve had 250 GB for over $1000 so I am happy with my purchase. This phone has had no issues there wasn’t a lot of cosmetic damage. There was like a film around the camera that seemed like it was like some plastic that didn’t get ripped off correctly but other than that, the phone came perfect I have no Problems with it at all.

Very happy with the iPhone I got, shipped and got it fast, had no problem transferring everything including my number and service, battery health is great, the phone was used only a little under two years and looks brand new.

The phone arrived in an aftermarket box with a third-party charger, which I expected and had no issue with. The phone itself had small scratches and noticeable wear on the casing, which was disappointing but understandable for a renewed product at a discounted price. The battery life is decent. I ran a battery health check upon receiving it and found it had around 250 charging cycles, which was more than I expected given the release date. That said, after four months of use, the battery has held up well and hasn’t been a concern. Performance-wise, the phone is fast, responsive, and everything I expected from the 15 Pro Max. I love the USB-C charging and having access to the new Apple AI features, which makes the experience even better. Overall, this is a great option if you’re okay with some wear and tear. It offers solid performance at a more reasonable price, but just manage your expectations regarding the cosmetic condition.

I went from an 11 year old iPhone 7 Plus to an iPhone Pro 15 Max and was so worried about making the switch. The 15 uses a different cable than the 7 lightening cable so needed to invest in a few extra cables and plug in bricks. Overall, a very worthwhile switch. It was super easy to put all my 7 Plus iPhone info into the new 15 iPhone. Make a back up of old iPhone in iTunes and be sure to tick the box, name it, then use that to set up new iPhone. Is faultless, smooth. A bit of a learning curve learning how to navigate the new iPhone, first knowing how to navigate without the button, but read, read, read. Ask Siri as new methods are needed. LEARN, be patient. Practice, remember. Nobody be afraid to upgrade. Was sooooo worth it. Thanks tech heads.

I was disappointed at first because there was no sim slot, and thought I had to return it, but it turns out some newer phones use an eSIM. Who knew?! Not me lol It set up super easy! Phone is in pristine condition, the screen is like new, no body scuffs or scratches, same with the camera lenses. It’s like I got a brand new iPhone! I love it!

Got the phone and it had 100% battery which was unexpected but very welcomed. The phone runs very well but the screen came puzzlingly scratched. It’s as if the previous phone owner just took their nails and randomly scratched the screen before handing it off. Aside from that the screen runs at 120hz, phone has 100% battery and the phone runs very well so overall the phone is very satisfied with the purchase.

This beautiful iPhone is clean and smooth, but I have returned it; unfortunately, it did not come with a sim card slot. I wish I could keep it.
