We use this healing ointment religiously as a diaper cream substitute. My oldest had a wicked rash just out of the hospital after her birth and other highly rated diaper creams weren’t doing us any favors. I tried this and within 6 hrs the dark red and worn down skin was visibly on the mend. She had a completely healthy bottom by the end of day 3. Since then (almost 5 years ago) we put this ointment after every single diaper change (we now have a 10 month old). My youngest has NEVER had a diaper rash and I guarantee it’s due to this product. I have gifted it to every new mom I have had the privilege to celebrate and try my best to convince them to use this from the start. Best thing for bad diaper rashes. My poor baby’s rash began bleeding and after a few days of using this it healed completely! This works way better than your typical diaper ointments because it creates a waterproof barrier for your babysits skin. Love love love!!

The consistency is that of Vaseline. Although it is expensive compared to the other creams in the market, this one does the job! It's the best one for babies. Highly recommend!
