Came sooner than expected and was packaged well. I am disabled, but I was able to get it in, move it to its location and unbox/set up by myself. Had to take rest breaks but it was do able. Set up: I'm storing and using it inside my standard size bathtub/shower (when I need to use the bathtub, I left it out and onto a luggage cart on wheels and roll it into my kitchen area, then put it back when done, since I live in a very small one room studio apartment). Since it drains 100% by gravity, I ordered two non-slip foot stools and put them into the bathtub slightly apart from each other, then placed the washing machine on top of the foot stools (the space between the foot stools allow good air flow to the underside of the washing machine where the motors are located and keeps the bottom of the washing machine out of any drainage water flow), this raises the washing machine off the bottom surface of the bathtub and allows for full gravity drainage (I just let the drainage hose hang down into bathtub and use the tub drainage). The lint filter in the washing machine keeps the drainage water clean enough to not cause a problem with the tub drain clogging up (but you must keep the filter clean!). Even with the somewhat longer cord, I still needed to use a heavy duty extension cord with a surge protector for added safety. I did not hook up to water since I'm using it in my bathtub, I just fill it with the desired water temperature and level using my handheld shower head and it works great! (It doesn't have automatic water levels so you have to manually fill it either way by turning the water on and off.) How it works: I have found it works best using only a few items at a time (example/2 lightweight cotton blend long sleeve shirts and 1 lightweight cotton sleeveless nightgown per load) and full tub of water. Soak cycle, then normal wash cycle. It does intermittent agitation that is rather strong (sometimes strong enough to tie items into a knot... lol) and it does get clothes clean. Move to drain cycle manually when wash cycle is over and it drains quickly and completely (IF you have the hose lower than the bottom of the washer). You can choose how many wash cycles you want to do by refilling and resetting the timer. I found the spin side works best when I only spin one item at a time (unless it is socks or underwear) and spins very fast and gets most all of the water out! Leave the setting on "drain" when using the spin side for best results (you can add clean water when spinning to help with the rinse). I found it easier to do the rinse in the washer side. After spinning items, I rinse the washer out first, then move timer off drain and onto normal cycle. Put items into washer and refill with water. Set to normal wash cycle to do a full rinse, then move to "drain" setting. Last put each item through a short spin cycle! Clothes are done! Hang them up to finish drying. I have found it best to then clean the filter in the washer and with the drain setting on, I use my handheld shower head to rinse out both sides so that the washer and spin basket stay clean and fresh, ready for next use. It looks nice. Easy to set up and use. It is not very loud at all (I use it right next to a shared wall of my apartment and my neighbor said he doesn't even hear it, he said I make more noise taking a shower/bath then the washing machine.. lol). So overall (so far, it has only been a few months) it works better than I had expected! I am very satisfied and would recommend. I haven't had to contact Customer Service so I can't address that part. If anything changes or fails I will update, otherwise no new update is good news and all is well!

Play Video So far this little machine is working great. I don't use the inlet hose, I just fill up a large bucket in the tub and pour the water into the washer side. Like other reviews have said, it drains with gravity so the drain hose needs to be below the machine. I've been putting the hose in a large bucket and lifting the machine for a few seconds to get the last bit of water out. I've used it a few times a day every other day for about a week now. My clothes are cleaner than when I go to the laundromat - be sure to wipe out the inside in between each wash and remove the lint from the filter. I wasn't expecting much from the little "dryer" side, but I'm pleasantly surprised that it does dry the clothes about 90% and then I hang them on a drying rack for the last bit of dry. It also fits more than I was expecting as well - I was able to wash a king size sheet set together and dry each sheet separately. I use it in the kitchen - it would probably be easier in the bathroom tub since the water and means to drain is right there, but I don't have an extension cord that works with this machine, so kitchen has worked just fine.

Lasted me for two years before it malfunctioned. (It was used alot) It washed perfectly and the spinner almost completely dried the clothes. Worth the money. Definitely buying a new one!

I absolutely love my washer. I have some health issues that make it difficult for me to get around a lot of the time. So it's not ideal to go down to the laundry room at the public housing apartment community that I live in. This washer works perfectly and the spinner is fantastic and in a day or two everything's perfectly dry and able to put away. It's very user friendly and not hard to figure out at all how to wash and spin the clothes dryer . It's just a matter of finding out the way that it works for you . My reason for giving it a four-star rating is because the inlet hose to fill the washer tub is so narrow that it takes forever for the water to fill the tub. If they had just made it a smidge longer and more importantly at least an inch wider it would fill up faster. And also with my sink I can't use the clamp that they send with the hose to attach it to the faucet. I don't fault them for the clamp, but to have a wider hose would would fill the washer tub a lot faster. Sometimes I fill a bucket with water but I would prefer to not have to try to struggle caring buckets of water. I'm searching for a a bit of a larger hose, if anyone has suggestions I am all for it.

Play Video I read most of the reviews before ordering and I didn’t see one person talk about the dryer part of this “washer dryer combo “ first of all it doesn’t dry the clothes it only takes out most of the water out. I was looking for it to be an actual dryer that leaves the clothes dry and ready to fold. Now i have to hang them all over my apartment to dry “waist of time “ . Basically it’s a spinner not a dryer because the clothes is wet when there done washing and needs the spinner part to get out the extra water
