Im truly impressed by its camera quality! Way better than most cameras on the market. It comes very well packaged and protected, it is made very well done, sturdy and looks amazing! It is really easy to operate from any phone and it syncs very quickly! The app is amazing and user friendly. It is easy to fill and also easy to clean, it's capacity is also pretty good, it fits a very good ammout of seeds. I'm in love and highly recommend for any bird lover like me.

It’s a little expensive compared to other brands, but worth every penny in my opinion! I love my Bird Buddy Pro and so does my family and all my feathered friends. Easy to set up and use of the app. Pictures, videos, and audio are crystal clear. If you’re a bird lover this is the feeder for you!

I LOVE our bird buddy camera! It has been so neat to see what kinds of birds we have in our backyard and to be able to learn about them. I was thrilled to receive this as a gift and I just bought one to gift to my mom who is an even more avid bird-watcher. It's easy to install and sync with an app on your phone and it's a super cute addition to our yard. 10 out of 10!!

I had high hopes for the Bird Buddy bird feeder with a built-in camera, but my experience with it has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Setting up this device turned into a nightmare from the very beginning. First and foremost, the setup process was an absolute disaster. I had to attempt it multiple times, and each time it seemed to get worse. The device never indicated that it was charging, as the supposed flashing red light was nowhere to be found. I left it plugged in for a whopping four hours, and it still showed no signs of life. I resorted to multiple factory resets, and even then, it only connected online when I placed it directly on top of my wireless router. This level of inconvenience was already unacceptable. To make matters worse, the setup process was plagued by error messages. It would often get tantalizingly close to completion, only to throw an error message in my face. At one point, a random purple light appeared, indicating a firmware download, and miraculously, the device finally showed up on my phone. However, it was always marked as offline. Despite my attempts to have it connect to my 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, it stubbornly clung to the 5GHz band. Even when it appeared as a connected device on my router, the Bird Buddy never actually went online. It briefly showed an online status, but any attempts to test the livestream were met with failure. I never managed to get any video feed from this device, let alone take a picture. Furthermore, the constantly blinking white light (or was it yellow, or orange?) that greeted me when I turned it on remained unexplained. The lack of information on the support website regarding this issue only added to my frustration. It's evident that I received a lemon among the Bird Buddy products. While some users may have had success with it, my experience has been nothing but a headache. I cannot recommend a product that is so plagued with setup issues and fails to deliver on its promises. Sadly, I have no choice but to return this Bird Buddy to Amazon and search for a more reliable bird feeder with camera options.

I love the Bird Buddy feeder! It looks nice, is easy to set up, and works in any weather. The best part is the camera! The quality is amazing 😻 Feeder holds plenty of seeds, so I don’t have to refill it often. My family enjoys watching the birds every day. I highly recommend it!

I am an avid birder photographer and had never considered getting a birdcam in my yard until a friend shared hers with me. I assumed it would not be as good as my photographs, and they are just backyard birds I always see. Well, I am pleasantly surprised by how entertaining the birds can be, and I did get a few birds not commonly seen in my yard as a bonus. It is also great to share the videos with my wife and family. This is a well-designed Birdcam, and I highly recommend it.

I am excited about this feeder. Install is super easy and the look is very clean and simple. Installed by my window and I’m curious to see it through the camera feature. It adds colors to the yard. I’m satisfied with my purchase!

The Bird Buddy can be a little hard to set up, charge, update firmware, etc but once done--it is working very well for us. We are very pleased with our purchase! Our main pain points would be first the high cost. Second, if you have a question (especially after spending that much money) you cannot just pick up the phone and call someone for help. (You have to submit a request for help on their website and wait for a response.) The Bird Buddy does have a 2 year warranty and I would recommend not giving up--if you need help. I set up the Bird Buddy and shared it with my wife. I can also share it with two other people, so I could share it with my mother or father-in-law. After getting it all set up and it working very reliably each day for us, we are enjoying the videos and photos of the birds. I enjoy photography and could not get these kinds of photos of the birds on my own. I am learning a lot about the birds in our backyard and it is wanting me to get more involved with bird watching. I am also thinking about installing a bird bath to help the birds :)

Es ist schon bemerkenswert, was man aufgrund von Unfähigkeit aus einer schönen Produktidee machen kann. Fast hätte ich mit einer Büroklammer in das Mikrofon gestochen, weil es keinerlei Hinweis für eine Reset-Taste gibt. Vielleicht funktioniert die mangelhafte Software auf manchen Geräten, auf meinen Handys nicht. Fazit: "chinesischer Schrott"! Da braucht man sich wegen chinesischer Spionage nur geringe Sorgen machen.
