I bought this yesterday & got same day delivery. It arrived at 8:30 last night. First thing this am (while still in my pjs) I had to try it. It’s been 3 years not going to lie since I had someone clean & I was disappointed in how fast they cleaned or did not steam clean. So after reading the reviews I chose this. Pets are not an issue I just want a powerful handheld device with a good water spray & powerful vacuum so my furniture is not left soaking wet. I did my couch first. And yup that water is from my couch. Horrific! I vacuum every week & no kids no pets so I run a clean house. I cannot wait to use this on my outdoor furniture! I got a sample bottle of the shampoo & again no pet stains or anything but I did use it & the smell is very pleasant. I didn’t quite use the 2oz because I didn’t want too much shampoo on the furniture. The spray is wide & quick, the suction power on the nozzle is strong!- Most important thing! Quite easy to carry around with the solution in. Doesn’t wobble or fall over. Very compact. Very long power cord which I really appreciated. The hose also is great. Can’t be any shorter. But I could reach half of my couch with it. Noise level I would say a little less than my vacuum. I didn’t really notice it. Bissell- I understand this is handheld but I would like the containers to hold more water & the max fill line for the dirty water also. But not bad at all. I filled a few times & emptied twice. You will know when you’ve reached the max fill as the nozzle won’t suck up any more water. Also the handle needs to be a little longer. I’m a female of average size with avg size hands (not small) I found numerous times while trying to grab the nozzle to run across the furniture to vacuum up the water my fingers kept hitting the spray nozzle & so it would spray. Overall amazing!!! I wish I had more to clean because it’s addictive!

I have 2 pit mix dogs that are allowed on the furniture. This time of year it rains a lot, and even if the one isn’t rolling in the mud, they still track it in the house, and eventually onto the couches. I did one very thorough pass on each seat and back rest. The amount of dirt that came out was ridiculous. I know some people are complaining that the sprayer was just dribbling out, that was not the case for me. It had a nice steady, even spray. The suction is great. Obviously, I do not get as much water back as I spray out. One thing I am not super fond of is the exhaust is under the machine. So I feel like when I was doing the mattress that I couldn’t put the machine on the bed (tube length) for fear of making the motor work too hard. This could just be my paranoia, and someone else would probably complain if the exhaust was on the side. So this is minor. Now, on to the cleaning of the machine itself when you are done. AMAZING! My biggest complaint with my last Bissell upright, which was purchased probably close to 20 years ago (and still running, but I gave it to my mom), was that I could not clean the suction head. With this one, you can take the brushes off, and the clear piece on the wand head to get the corners and to clean the tube. I did two cleaning passes, which probably could have been done in one with more water the first time. The only other “complaint is it would be nice if there was a spot to hold the second brush, but it can be stored in the dirty water container once I put it back together. All in all VERY happy with this purchase so far. This summer I will be doing the upholstery in my truck. I fully recommend this little machine.

This was genuinely one of the best purchases I have made. I bought this right before I brought a puppy home, because I knew he was going to have accidents. This made those accidents so easy to clean. It is light enough to lug around spot to spot. The suction power is crazy for such a little machine, it has almost just as much power as a full sized carpet cleaner. The mist sprays out from the handle very finely, so you don’t soak the area, but still get plenty of solution to get it clean. The unit itself is so easy to clean I can just pop the dirty tank off, rinse it out and put it back in less than a minute.

Me encanto! Me ha funcionado para limpiar pipi del colchon que mi niño esta aprendiendo a avisar, limpiar las camas de los perros, incluso limpie la tapiceria de mi carro, succiona muy bien el agua y lo deja casi seco, un par de horas y queda completame seco.

Es esencial para limpiar alfombras, sillas o sofás, la carga es pequeña por lo que hay que estar rellenando constantemente, tiene bastante fuerza solo que las piezas son algo frágiles y no he visto repuestos.

Solo la use dos veces y no funcionó mas
