Just received Spinwave yesterday, and I am writing a review today, that is how happy I am with the Bissell Spinwave. Out of the box, the pads were already on it. It comes with 2 sets of the plain pads and 1 set of the scrubber pad. We also received 2 of the trail size wood floor cleaner and one trail size of the floor sanitizer. It doesn't take much to clean. The unit came in 2 pieces but attached. The handle snaps easily into the base and you are ready to go. Instructions were clear and actually self explanatory. After filling the water tank, which is clearly lined marked for water, then adding the cleaner to the appropriate line, which looked about 2 capfuls. insert the water tank on the machine and you are ready to go. I made sure to tighten the cap to prevent any leakage. Another plus is the long cord. Press the start button, reclined the handle and the pads began to spin, pressed the cleaning solution button and started to clean. Extremely easy to move across the floor. The unit itself is light weight. After doing our wood floors, I did the linoleum in the laundry room. Beautiful and easy. The floors look great. Will do our bathroom tile next! This is a wonderful machine to do your floors with, so happy I bought it. Highly recommend.

This unit is very easy to use, load with cleaning fluid and move around without issues. The spray pattern is within the width of the unit and it is effective and efficient with the fluid dispersion. It covers the floor easily and the pads are easy to install and remove/replace. It was highly recommended to me and I was not disappointed...good choice.

I have been using a Shark steam mop for years to clean our hard surface floors (hardwood, tile, LVP, etc.) and it was just not getting the LVP as clean as I would like due to the small groves in it. I researched automatic mops and found this one came highly recommended so I ordered it and boy am I glad I did! This is the easiest mop to use as it essentially moves itself, you just guide it to where you want it to go by twisting the handle. This is great for my bad back and makes the mopping so much easier. I used to end up all sweaty after mopping with the Shark but no more! Now I will mop more frequently and spot mop when needed due to the ease of use. The mop comes with 2 small bottles of solution, good for 4 fillings of the mop tank, and it has a light, pleasant smell. The mop cleans very well, gets under counters easily but not under the front of my refrigerator as the Shark did, and the pads are easy to change. I also appreciate the 22 foot cord which means I only have to unplug and replug once or twice to mop the entire house. Finally, I like that I control how much cleaning fluid to use depending upon how dirty the floors are. I highly recommend this mop.

This is the third time I've gotten a Bissell product from Amazon that was used and cleaned up and refurbished before being resold. Very frustrating! I'd almost guess Bissell does this themselves because it looks professionally repackaged and cleaned. Luckily there isn't much to the Spin Wave that can go wrong, so please observe the following before you use it: 1. Fill the tank with water and spray it out a few times to flush out whatever was leftover inside the pipe leading from the tank to the mop part. As expected when I plugged mine in there was already liquid from the previous user, even though the tank itself was dry. 2. Clean out the tank. Mine looked OK but had a lot of hard water stains from the previous user, so I scrubbed it out with a bottle cleaner and hot soap and water just to be careful. There was some weird white residue on the tank filter I couldn't remove but it seems harmless. 3. Wash the mop pads before you use them and inspect them. Again, mine looked clean but since it was a used unit being resold as new I didn't want to take any chances. Mine came with two installed and four additional ones which was quite nice. All that aside, it works well. It will not do a deep cleaning of your tile floor but it will do a good job scrubbing and disinfecting without you having to be on your hands and knees doing the same work. I don't know how well it is for big messes but it did a fine job with my floor and I'm pleased. It's a a real time saver. Because of the circular motion of the pads if something hard or abrasive gets stuck in the pad it will drag that along your floor repeatedly, potentially causing damage. So you need to do vacuum everything quite well first, and if you think anything is wrong while using the mop, turn it off and inspect the pads for anything sharp. That's really the only catch, other than that it's super easy to use. Note that the unit comes with two "Wood floor" trial sized bottles of cleaner so you may need to order a full size bottle of whatever you need in addition to the Spin Wave. Overall it's a great unit but I guess I have to warn that with any Bissell product, really check it and clean it first in case it was used. I wish Bissell products that are sold as new were actually new but there's a pretty clear pattern here.

I've been using a Bissell Swiffer and shark steamer for 8 years. I now have a 1yr old crawling around and saw how dirty his hands and feet were. I spent 2hrs cleaning my tile floors with the above tools. I wiped a tile with a sanitizer wipe and it was covered in dirt and the floor was left sticky. So I found this on Amazon, tried it, and it completely cleaned 8yrs of dirt build up. The wipe test was completely clean. The round pads were very easy to rinse off in the sink to re use during the cleaning process. I had to do it several times, my floor was awful. My house has about 1500 sqft of tile and I still have left over cleaner. I'm buying more. I've tried Lysol, Mr. Clean, and other cleaning products. Nothing worked as good as what this came with. I mixed it with water in a spray bottle, sprayed the floor, let it sit for 5 min then put VERY hot water in the water sprayer and just mopped it all up with hot water. It worked very very well. Highly recommend this for tile floors. Water capacity is great, size of product is perfect and small enough to store. It's very easy to use and push around.

I have had three Bissell Spinwaves - it is a good machine for hardwood floors. The BIG DOWNSIDE OF THE SPINWAVE IS THAT IT WILL ONLY LAST 2 YEARS THEN - DEAD. That is why i have owned three. The manufacturing quality of the Spinwave is not very good and even if you take good take of the equipment, it always fails after two years of occasional use.
