Easy to set up and program. I was able to get my Christmas lights scheduled and the smile on my daughter's face every time the lights come on is worth every penny!

*** update to my previous review: changing from 1 to 5 stars. After I charged (left plugged in) for 24 hours, instead of the 3 hours listed in the directions, it magically started working properly. The timer now turns on and off at the programmed times. I found it originally a little difficult to switch from manual to auto mode but with some ingenuity I got it to the Auto mode. It now works perfectly and I highly recommend.** The item was shipped and delivered fast and seemed to be just what I wanted. Unfortunately two months later I am trying to use it (I purchased in August on sale specifically to use in late November for holiday decorations) and the timer function just doesn’t work no matter what trouble shooting I try. I followed the instructions carefully and everything is set up perfectly and it should automatically turn the lights on at 4:00pm then off at 11:58 pm. But the timer function will not work. So what I’m left with is an expensive regular extension cord. The return window closes one month after purchase. My bad for not programming and trying it out right away.

Bought it to inflate my Halloween decorations, though I love the timers and easy turn-off button on the back I am slightly disappointed that the lid does not close well when using heavy duty extension cords as it does not allow the lid to close fully. Very simple to use and to set the timers and even when it rained while using it performed well. It would be great if the lid would be at least one inch deeper so it closes perfectly. It is worth the price.

Excellent outdoor timer. I bought 2. (for front yard & backyard fountain). Timer was easy to set. They work GREAT! Best of all it has 6 sockets in the power box that are enclosed, which keeps the plugs dry from rainy weather or sprinkler systems. The extra plugs come in handy when installing my Christmas lights. I don't have to worry about extension cords all over my yard. I also use the convenient extra plugs when I'm using my power blower or power tools. I would buy this product again and I give this a 10 out of 10 rating.

I purchased the unit for my water fountain so that the fountain turns on and runs for selected hours. The product has multiple outlets so that you can use it for additional needs. It works great, no issues. Some time after the timer stopped working. I contacted CS and they sent a replacement without asking much questions. Great service !

I use this timer to control decorative lighting in our front yard and I'm very pleased with it. Prior to this unit I had the digital version (same manufacturer) but it quit on me after about four months. Sometimes simpler is better when you only have need for one timer setting.

Works just as it's supposed to. Set the dial to the time and then press the pegs down for the time you want it to come on. I'm so happy that we went with this one.

I ordered this for holiday decorations. Unfortunately, you can't get large plugs in. For 6 outlets, I might be able to get one wide plug to fit. Then I had a smaller width, but it was a "long" plug and it was too long for the door to close. When I say large plugs, if you are familiar with inflatable decoration plug, those are the ones I am working with. If you have standard plugs, you will have no issues. I don't think any of my holiday decorations have a standard plug.

The timer has work really well for my needs.
