I put one packet into my 32 ounce water bottle and proceeded to shake it. The powder easily dissolved into the water. I detect a slight salty taste but no evidence of sugar such as a taste of sweetness. Even so, the taste is not overly or unbearably salty.

I was looking for an alternative to the more expensive Liquid IV that also had a lower sugar content and still managed to taste good and perform as it should. Most people don't realize the sugar is supposed to be there. It works hand in hand with the rest of the ingredients to allow for maximum effectiveness in rehydrating the body while allowing the body to quickly and more easily process the electrolytes and vitamins, putting them to work where needed. Not to say the sugar free can't do the same, I just for really buy the leftover logic towards science. That said, I follow a ketogenic diet and try to limit sugar where unnecessary and this is a corner I'm willing to cut. I have noticed in other brands that offer sugar-free packs like this that when I drink them, they're really hard to get down. I don't mean that the taste is horrible or anything else tangibly works against my consumption, but I notice after a couple sips I have to force myself to finish the drink like it's work and most of the time I'll fight it, having some end up down the drain. This happened in particular with a major brand on the market and I can't really explain other than to say there original full-sugar formula didn't have the same effect on me. The sugar free version made me feel like I was drowning in the stuff, really forcing to finish. This one doesn't do that and acts just as the other sugar-filled alternatives have. It blends easy, tastes good and it goes down in a refreshing moment of recovery. I can only make assumptions based on my own knowledge of why the other gave me trouble but that's not the point here or the place because my point is that I'd absolutely recommend the BodyArmour Flash IV and think it's a great product I'll be keeping in stock!

This is too concentrated in 16 ounces. It's just really sour frankly. Even watering it down doesn't help much. I want electrolytes AND some flavor not so much flavor.

I wasn't expecting much but this helped me a lot! I was in the hospital taking antibiotics and when I got home i felt drained... I was drinking bone broth which helps build back good gut health but still feeling sluggish... This stuff gave me a boost... My sister gave me one and I'm glad she did because I'm feeling a lot better. Will be ordering more from now on!

This is my fav electrolyte drink! I love this powder. I always keep myself stocked up on these. Tastes great and works so well!

I did not expect to like these as much as I do! Electrolytes usually have a salty flavor or overly sweet flavor and this had neither. The strawberry kiwi flavor was really well balanced and actually hydrating.

You pay for good stuff. High electolytes. Worth the money. Taste great and not salty taste of sodium. Great for grand kids who plays too much sport teens and little ones. Also keep pregnant mom hydrated from stomach virus.
