Tastes good low in sugar. I love chocolate.

I was given Boost when I was hospitalized. Frankly, I didn't expect to like it so I was surprised that it tasted good. I'm pleased with glucose control Since it doesn't make your glucose spike. The chocolate, strawberry and very vanilla are all tasty. It costs a bit but I use as a meal replacement so I buy fewer groceries. Boost doesn't leave me hungry between meals. I also Compare prices as there is a considerable gap in what retailers charge.

Tastes almost exactly like a yoohoo but with a hint of vitamins added. Delicious to me and the sweetness level is perfect, not sickeningly sweet like some can be. Texture is definitely thicker than a yoohoo though - more like a shake. I feel good after drinking these too - some of these kinds of drinks make me feel bloaty but not this one.
