I've been using this product for awhile now. I like the high protein, it has a good taste. I get a comfortable meal replacement for my mornings, it gives a nice energy lift. I've tried other products and they didn't come close to this, others tasted too chalky.

Tastes great. Probably because it has real sugar. I needed a higher calorie drink that tasted good, had good protein content and had real sugar that wasn't $4 per drink. This fit the bill. The fact it has some fiber is a plus!

As a vegetarian, I am always looking for ways to get extra protein in my diet. I started adding 1 boost to my daily intake a few months ago. The high protein boost with extra fiber tastes like delicious chocolate milk so it is an easy way to get added nutrients to your diet. I was previously buying my Boost from the grocery store but found it to be much cheaper on amazon. I opted for the subscribe and save and that helped reduce the cost further.

This is not a meal in one, but my doctor recommended it for me at a time that I was not eating well. I feel like it adds nutrition to my diet, and I enjoy the taste, but I have also returned to enjoying my meals so I use it less frequently. Nevertheless, when I am running short of time I use it as a stop gap until I can get back to my normal meals. e.g. I get up too late to shower, dress and fix breakfast before a morning appointment. They I grab one and go.

These are a life saver for me, it's really hard for me to keep weight on and these are easy to get down when I have no appetite. The texture of the drink is super smooth, pretty comparable to chocolate milk. Not overly watery, not super thick or chalky. As for taste, absolutely 10/10!

The OG of premixed protein drinks. Bottom line? I drink them and stock them because a few minutes after I drink one, every time, I feel a big smooth good feeling that lasts, like forty minutes or an hour. Usually I crave them after exercise that pushes muscles fairly intensely. Good stuff.
