I was nervous about cutting my newborns finger nails with clippers so I got this in hopes it would be less painful. It works amazing, very effective, my baby slept while I cut her nails until she was about 4 months old, she is now 9 months old and I still use it to this day she never fights, cries, or screams when I file her nails. The carrier case is perfect for keeping the different tips organized! Battery life is excellent I used it for 8 months without changing the battery’s. It’s very quiet so it won’t scare babies. Super easy and fast to use!

Play Video Cute nail trimmer. Very easy to use. Needs 2 AA batteries (not included in the package). Has nail filer for baby of different age as well as adult each of them properly color coded. You may want to retain the information on the box that has this color code. Only 4 different setting - low/high speed in clockwise/anticlockwise direction. I used it on my infant baby of 2 months. Used the pink one at level 1 right setting. Worked well. Was quite safe to use. Overall happy.

This nail file does a great job at filing down my infants nails. I used to dread cutting his nails, but this electric file makes it simple. The only difficulty is my curious infant keeps trying to grab it. The size is nice, it’s extremely gentle, but like others have mentioned, the files don’t stay locked into the case and are constantly coming out. Another issue I have is with the light, it seems like file partially covers the light so it really doesn’t help much, if at all. Overall, I’d recommend this file, it’s affordable and gets the job done.

This worked really well for my baby. I was scared of using regular clippers for him because I know they can cut babies really easy. It is pretty quiet and really easy to hold and use. They’re safe because it doesn’t let you press too hard or it will stop.

Does what it needs to do! Feels pretty safe, I haven’t hurt baby girl with it so that’s good! Even has a few things for me to do my nails. I love it

I’m surprised this is not mentioned by more reviews but all the little file attachments don’t snap into place in the case. In other words, if you tilt it, or taking it on the go, the pieces are all over the place in the case. I guess it doesn’t bother folks but doesn’t make a lot of sense to me to have to have the case flat if you don’t want all the pieces everywhere. Otherwise a good product that is gentle yet effective on baby nails.

I like this trimmer. Great for a baby that doesn't like their nails clipped. I like that it comes with extra clippers. Easy to use and does not hurt their little finger nails. I love the price also!

I’m still using this for my 9 month old baby. The light is an amazing feature because I can only file his nails when he’s asleep. (He moves around too much if I try to do so when he’s awake). It’s safe for babies and has never hurt him. I used to use the Pink disc when he was a newborn but now I use the Yellow disc.

I was in search of a nail file for my little one cause filing took WAAAAY to long and cutting them was also just impossible so this nail file is honestly great! They don’t hurt your babies skin if you get it on their skin! I even tested it out! I wouldn’t leave in obviously on the skin for too long otherwise it just gets hot from the friction of it but it filed their nails super easily and it knocks down your nail cutting time by like 95% (compared to filing on your own or nail clippers) takes me 2-3 minutes to do my little ones nails!
