The fabric on the outside is very soft. The fabric inside isn't as soft, but that's not a deal breaker for me. I am 5'7" and 208 pounds. I ordered the XL, which is my normal size, and it fit true to size. I could have sized up for a more oversized feel, but I do like the way it fits. I can button all of the buttons, but the lower button is kind of tight because of my hips. The buttons are a good size and easy to button. I think the value is good for the price. The color is exactly as described. The washing instructions do say professional dry clean recommended, but I'll probably just wash in cold water and hang to dry.

I love the grey and blue and white color I chose and it is soft and will make a great Shacket as the weather and temps dip downward!

This would truly be considered a shacket. It is heavier than flannel shirt. Love the soft color and great pockets. Just covers the bum but not long. Normally a medium but got a large and fits over a sweater so can act a jacket but not too big to wear over a light tee or camisole.

I purchased several shackets from Amazon & am only keeping this one. I like the way the bottom edge goes up along the sides. It’s more flattering & not so boxy. The material is warm & soft. The sleeves on this one are nice & long. I like that the pockets button closed. The color is not accurate, it doesn’t have any purple in it. It’s more like mauve. I’m 5’5” 120lbs & Small fits nicely and it doesn’t look like I’m wearing my boyfriend’s flannel

This is very cute and goes with so many different outfits. I love to have some thing I can just throw on and go out the door if it’s feeling a little chilly. It’s true to fit. It’s not very soft, but the fabric is a good quality and the sleeves are long enough
