My puppy loves these baked bully sticks, and are odor free, cheaper to purchase these then new furniture

My dogs love these bully sticks. I let them both try them, but now that they have both given their wag of approval, I give these thicker sticks to my larger dog and give the thinner ones from the same company to my little guy. That helps even out their chewing time. These last a long time, so they get multiple chewing sessions from one stick. I don't let them chew them when I am not there to supervise. If one finished before the other, there could be an unpleasant kerfuffle. Personally, I find them rather stinky and disgusting, but I don't have to chew on them, so my tastes aren't what matters here. The odor-free claim doesn't quite fly with me. These are much better for my dogs than the potentially dangerous rawhide products that I refuse to give them, and are a natural product. This might seem like an expensive treat, but it is really a big bag, and these sticks are long. I've had other treats for the dogs that just don't last. so cost more per chew-time. My dogs are happy boys! I was given this product for review.

My pup thoroughly enjoys a few of these a week. The only downside for any treat like this is if you give too many it can scent your dogs urine a little...but that it to be expected and minimal with this brand.

We've ordered these many times - however, sometimes there is definitely an odor to them.

After buying this product regularly for 9 years, the contents of the latest bag of 24 12” bully sticks was not consistent in size. In fact 14 of the 24 were just strips and I feel are not suitable for aggressive chewers. I tried to resolve this issue with Best Bully Sticks but it took 5 emails and my complying each time with a photo of the sticks, and then photos of the bag and Amazon receipts and then finding a scale and weighing one only to be told they couldn’t do anything about it and would have to make the return through Amazon. They even suggested that I was intentionally leaning the stick on my counter to skew the weight I had to report to them. I will no longer be purchasing from Best Bully Sticks because at $110 or more per bag I’d like to get the value I paid for and responsive customer service.

Edit to original review: The most recent bag that I ordered smelled absolutely horrible, worse than any that I've gotten so far, or bought anywhere else. I double-checked the label on the back of the bag (the only place that says "low-odor") and it is correct. Even more than the disgusting urinal smell that bully sticks commonly have, these smell rancid. I am going to return the rest of the bag. If they are going to market this particular bag as low-odor, then it needs to contain bully sticks that are low in odor. Their quality control in this regard really needs some work, because I shouldn't receive one bag that really has very little odor and then another that smells so bad that I can't even open it without feeling nauseated. And I've worked in the veterinary field most of my adult life, so bad smelling things don't usually bother me too much. Original review: My dog loves these! Some other reviewers have complained that they are not odor-free. They are marked as "low-odor", not odor-free. The bag I ordered contained 9 sticks that were very low-odor (could only smell them if I was within a foot) and 3 that smelled as bad as any I have purchased elsewhere. I threw two of those away and kept the other just for use in the crate. None had a bad odor until being chewed. I called the manufacturer today and the rep said that they bake the sticks to remove as much smell as possible. She also said the only way to make them odor-free is to soak them in bleach or formaldehyde, which they will never do. When I asked why a few smelled so bad and most did not, she could only say that they came from different batches and some batches have more smell than others. Overall, these are a hit with my dog, and most of the time a hit for me since he stays occupied for a while. I will just be prepared that all of the sticks will not be low-odor. This is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

Our Dog, Cooper is a huge Bully Stick fan!! It's like needing your morning coffee for him. After he has breakfast, he just looks at me and over to the Pantry so that I know that he is READY for his "Stick". He does a Happy Dance as soon as I hand it over and then he is in heaven. Your brand is the Best! Thank you for making Cooper's Day!!
