This is my second purchase. The first one went downstairs and after 5 years, it is still working perfectly. Toilet paper usage drops greatly. We put the second one upstairs. These are easy to install.. maybe 10 minutes. The heated seat is nice in the winter and the water temp is comfortable. It has all the pressure you could want. You can adjust spray position and pattern and most anything else... I just push the button. The blow dryer works well, but if you need to get going, you maybe need a quick pat pat with some paper. This thing is nice.. it looks like it was built in, it works very well, and it holds up for years. It will make you cleaner.. a regular toilet is not much different than an outhouse.

I've been a long time bidet user, ever since a trip to Japan forced me to confront my own hesitations by having them in literally every bathroom in Tokyo. However, having said that, I've only known the chilling feeling of ice cold water, only ever using a very basic bidet. With years of use under my belt, and no desire to stop, I finally bit the bullet and bought this fancy bidet. Man, it is everything I wanted - temperature controlled water, heated seat, enema feature, ability to move the want to line things up for further ease of use, AND it even came with so much that I didn't know I'd like such as the night light! The wireless remote so far has been flawless and easy to use, keeping the toilet more tidy looking by not having the options on a side arm protruding out from the toilet seat, and every feature has also worked perfectly as intended. I feel the air dryer is a bit of a gimmick as I still don't trust it to truly dry me completely without sitting there for much longer than I'd like, so the TP hasn't completely been eliminated from my bathroom, but it does seem to help with the initial dry and subsequently reducing the amount of TP used even more than with my prior bidet. Overall, very pleased and don't know how I ever went through many winter months prior without a heating feature, but now I'm a changed man and won't ever look back!

Easy installation. Quality is great. Works well. I love the remote. Heated seat and water is adjustable. Design is very nice. I would highly recommend this product. I'm having shoulder surgery and this will definitely help while I'm in a sling for six weeks.

I really do love this bidet. I gave it 4 stars out of 5 because it is missing one feature my other one had, which is an actual auto setting. The other one I had was nice, it too had a remote, the auto setting did everything with the push of one button. This one is much more sturdy, it hasn't slid on the toilet base at all, it stays put. The seat is so warm, I did have to turn it down. The water is also warm and it heats super fast. It does a great job cleaning, although the settings are different than the one I had before. It says it has an auto button but it doesn't feel the same, it doesn't seem to go through the different options. This one has a vortex mode, I've been too afraid to try after my husband told me how it felt when he tried it, its called vortex for a reason, lol. The dryer is HOT and only dries one cheek. I love the count down timer on the remote. Oh, I also miss the blue light inside the toilet bowl, this bidet doesn't have that either. Overall this is a great bidet, highly recommend it.

This is our 3rd Bio Bidet. One 600 Series and Two 2000 Series. The bidet comes with everything you need for installation and very well written / easy to follow instructions. Installation took about 30 minutes with no issues or leaks. Just read carefully and watch the pictures for which hose ends go where. It did take a little help from my wife to attach / slide the seat into place and hold while aligning and tightening, but that was a quick minute of her time. Another great feature is the new(er) remote. On the older 600, you had to memorize / feel you way / or look down to figure out what button to press. On these 2000's, you have a handheld remote with everything at your fingertips and easy to understand buttons and display. A worthwhile investment and upgrade to any bathroom.

Excellent product. Packaged very well. Unpacking went smoothy. Reviewing the instructions, I found them just a tad lacking,...but as you progress with the install it starts to become self explanatory. Unit comes with a new water supply hose for your toilet, which is not common these days. All install parts required were supplied, including batteries for the remote. Installation proper was straight forward and unchallenging. The installed unit baffled me for a few minutes, until I discovered the receiver for the remote was on the RH side of the seat. Bidet operation was intermittent until I held the remote in my right hand, and beside my right leg. This placed the remote in closer proximity to the reciever and everything worked perfectly. We live in an area where our water pressure is lower than what you find in a city setting. I studied bidets and water pressure. The Bio Bidet BB 1000 and 2000 models always reviewed highest for water pressure delivered to your bottom. The 1000 is actually better for delivered water pressure. But the 2000 supplies endless warm water to your bottom, where the 1000 has a limited supply of warm water, after which cold water is applied to your bottom. So we opted for the 2000 and find its water pressure more than adequate,. however I typical utilize the highest pressure option the 2000 delivers. Our sewer system is a septic system. Our toilet paper usage has plummeted since installing the BB 2000. Its crazy how much TP we used before the bidet. Its also crazy how much cleaner you feel after using a bidet over TP. Its seriously leaves you feeling like you just stepped out of the shower. I now dread using another, bidetless toilet for my #2's. And upon returning home I promptly visit my BB 2000 to "freshen up." Just get one. You'll feel so much cleaner it'll make everyday brighter and happier.

I bought this on the recommendation from a friend who had the same model. This friend, being originally from Europe, was familiar with various bidets since they are commonplace there. Whereas, in North America, bidets and bidet seats are (sadly) rare. After having used this bidet seat for a couple years now I can say I am extremely happy to have purchased it. It's a game changer, and anytime I have to use a toilet without a bidet seat I cringe! I can't believe that washing our bums after going "#2" isn't the norm. Well, it is in my household and everyone loves it. The product itself is solid and there have been zero issues with it so far. The plumbing is easy to install. The only downside of the overall install is that you need an electrical outlet nearby, and preferably one with a dedicated circuit to be used solely by the bidet seat unit. For me this wasn't an issue since I'm an electrician. For others, this may be an additional expense. But this isn't a knock on the product in anyway. One other thing I would mention is this, depending on the distance the toilet tank is from the bowl, this will influence if some of the bowl space is nulified. In other words, you may lose some "working space" in front of you when sitting down. Unfortunately, I can't provide specifics on the best measurements to look for as the tank relates to the bowl and how the seat is mounted because there are dozens of different toilets available. At the end of the day, it's not a deal breaker but it is a minor inconvenience in our situation. Overall, totally recommend the BioBidet BB2000R.

Excellent Bidet. Very easy to install, hardest part id getting electrical plug installed. The remote worked well but there is a minor leaning curve to interpret the icons. It is best to keep the manual handy while learning and experimenting with the functions. The heated water and seat function well and are an added reason to choose this bidet. I purchased a 2nd one a week after the 1st for the house's main bathroom. Guests need some instruction before use, best to give rudimentary instructions and leave the manual handy. This is a fantastic purchase and upgrade to any washroom.
