Last year I lost a lot of hair with all stress from nursing school, even getting supplementation my hair would shed tons every time I washed or brushed it. In 4 months at age 65 my thin hair is fuller, healthier and my nails grow now. I've tried all sort of vitamins even took Biotin by itself for years and never helped my hair or nails. People constantly tell me my hair looks awesome, what am I doing even customers at Publix and I have them take a screen shot of these to buy. My girlfriends as well. I set up to get every 5 weeks now.

I have been taking this produce for roughly 2 months and I can already tell a difference. My nails are growing again and are not as brittle as before. I have very thin hair, and so far it seems to be helping there as well. My hair looks fuller and I am beginning even see a few baby hairs grown in.

Turned 60 this year 🙄 hair and nails got thin. I play guitar and split nails make playing uncomfortable. I can honestly say I have super strong nails with a nice healthy appearance and my hair is noticably changed! I have never been a " vitamin" consumer but I will continue with these. And this brand specifically. Read the label you have to have quality ingredients to get this kind of results.

I am giving this 3 stars because it did seem to be working but I had to stop using it after only a week 1/2 because I could no longer tolerate the side effects. I didn't think I would see any change in my nails after that short time but they had stopped cracking as much and splitting. The main issue is I would get an upset stomach and severe nausea after taking it. I tried taking with food and without to see if there was a difference and even taking at night before bed but the nausea would wake me up. I gave the remainder to a neighbor who has taking biotin for ages and she is fine with it so I guess it is just me. :) I did 3 starts only because I can't give an honest review of how well it worked for me but I can give a second hand review that my neighbor likes it and says it is working well.

I took these for two months and started seeing results within my second month of taking them! And WOW! I had lost a ton of hair postpartum and these saved my hair. There is no taste or smell and easy to swallow. Did not upset my stomach in any way. I now have almost ZERO shedding and my hair is finally growing back! If you know anything about postpartum hair loss then you know how scary it can be. These pictures of my hair growing back made me cry! Recommended to all my postpartum mammas and they bought them too!
