I didn’t realize EVERY stick has first ingredient is menthol/wintergreen even if it says lavender or tropical… Also DO NOT touch the actual tube into your nostril like I did lol. The menthol stings your skin, however their instructions do say to place below your nostril and sniff. So my bad. I don’t smell the lavender AT ALL. The first ingredient menthol overpowers all the other scents. But this is a convenient way to inhale menthol throughout the day! That being said, not that I suffer from cognitive decline or Alzheimer’s, please Google menthol and Alzheimer’s. In mice studies they discovered inhaling menthol reduces and appears to stop Alzheimer’s in mice. So I bought these for a family member who is rapidly declining cognitively. :/ Hopefully this will help?

Purchased these for my significant other and holy cow what a difference! He had purchased a different brand and didn’t feel any better with breathing and when he tried the boom boom mint, he was amazed! Need to get these for sure! Will purchase again.

What can I say that hasn't all ready been said. It's very intense, and it does allow breathing from the stuffiest nose, but it's so intense, that it gives me an "ice cream headache" for a brief period. Not sure how many times I am allowed to inhale this as I am sure as intense a vapor as it is, it will eventually deaden the sinus. I guess it's ok to use some of the time, but also it does allow breathing better, but it doesn't last as long as I would have thought it would. Yes I would buy it again, however, buyer beware, this is an intense inhalant.

I received the variety 4 pack of the boom boom nasal sticks and can say I'm a fan. I like that they have clean ingredients, primarily essential oils. I am especially a fan of the tropical and wintermint scents. These definitely come in handy this time of year after holiday parties and being in the middle of cold & flu season. I love how they can easily fit in a pocket or purse to take with you and use whenever needed. I have always loved using my oil diffuser on my nightstand, and these mimic an individual portable one!

Well, I’ve only used one of these. I can truly say that it opened up. My nasal passage is very quickly. I put it next to my bed and if I am experiencing nasal congestion during the night I can easily reach for it. It’s very easy to use. It fits inside your pocket or your purse nicely. I would recommend it to others.

I was skeptical! As I have found nothing that opens up my sinuses and helps keep them open. These so far actually work Great. The very first inhale is strong for sure but it does exactly what I needed and opens my head up for clear easy nasal breathing!!

My honest review of this product is basically, Not as advertised! The nasal stick do work clearing up your nostrils but only temporary. They are very strong and smell decent and comes in 4 different scents, tropical being my favorite. I just feel after hearing the testimonies from other buyers how great the product is to me having to use a lot more then what was said bout it. I don't suffer from any major allergies but I do get blockage in my left nose and have to constantly keep using to clear it up. Just feel disappointed and not sure if I can even return it. Hope this helps others that think this product is a game changer.

The packaging was ok, didn’t make me feel it was going to be a great product. The hype was that it was featured on Shark Tank. The nasal insert didn’t have a means of measuring the volume of product you were receiving or the number of uses. When I used the product, I didn’t experience a wow moment but it did provide a temporary opening of my nasal passage to help me breathe better. I want buy this product again but I will use the product until they are completed.

Very dissapointed with this,looked amazong but sadly it does nothing for the sinus and the flavours are also meh at best....will stick to Vicks to be honest.

Waited nearly a month and when it arrived it was just a very basic, VERY expensive, pound shop nasel inhaler. They font offer any returns or refunds for a very good reason. AVOID!
