My OBGYN recommended as she uses for her kids. Is the best , amazing packaging / price. Smells like vanilla oppose desitin which smells like hospital disinfectant. High zinc concentration and smooth consistency. I alternate this with calmoceptin - which is more expensive, stays much better in skin and I think mOre potent (recommend by our pediatrician) Saying that - my formula is to use this butt paste during the day and calmoceptin (at night) and during walks outside. It works amazing for me. No rash. Also - using Healthy baby diapers for overnight / night changes is the key. They are super absorbent without any chemicals.

My 5 weeks old daughter recently had a very bad diaper rash. We took her to her pediatrician because the rash got so bad it was pretty much raw. It was like a third degree burn. We were prescribed some rash cream but it did not help and instead it got worse. My brother actually recommended this butt paste. We applied it on her overnight and the very next day the redness around the open skin eventually disappeared and appeared lighter. In a matter of three days it went away almost completely. This is a must have if you have babies.

Love Butt Paste and always give it for shower gifts, and new moms adore it too. But this packaging.. omgosh, reeeeeked of weed. Wherever it was stored ..somebody is super chill. Awesome stuff, just make sure yours isnt from the happy warehouse if you are gifting😎

My go to baby butt paste. It is quick to get rid of that baby rash which is fantastic that it causes it to be so short lived! Thank goodness it works so well.

I love this paste, it’s the only cream that keeps my daughter’s diaper rash at bay. I used to use this only at night in a thick layer, but now I use a little every diaper change and finally have had a few weeks without a rash. We are 14 months now. However, had to give 4 instead of 5 stars because the tab under the lid to open the product is SO ANNOYING! Probably can only get it 50% of the time, literally just had to use needle nose pliers to get the stupid thing off.

The stuff works so great, I recommend it to all of my new mom friends! I love the pop-up, too!

Works well for severe diaper rash

I have never rated any product as one star before no matter how terrible it was but this is really bad!! wanted to try this cream to prevent chub rub as I have used other known brands for that, but it ended up being extremely sticky and caused blisters on my skin. I wish I could return it as I only used it once and never again. Just wondering how this even works on babies skin.

It is definitely a little pricey but very little amount of paste is required, its been over 6 months and i still have almost full of the container. My baby is 6 months old and never had a rash all thanks to this butt paste.

The best for mild to severe diaper rash. So effective.
