I was taking another brand of ACV capsules, ran out and bought these. I'm glad that I did!!!! these gummies say to take three a day, but I take two and what a difference between these and the others. The weight is coming off a little faster. I wonder what three a day would do? I guess I'll have to try that with my next bottle.

Years ago I Started to drink vinegar but couldn't stand the flavor and my teeth felt weird. I saw the same brand but in capsules. I was worried about taking it before bed because of acid reflux. I'm happy to report that nothing like that happened. I'm still to see the benefits of taking vinegar since I've only been taking this for a week.

The capsules are 3/4 full and the lid is very hard to get back on. Overall, I think its a cheap product.
