It's a curse to find these. I've always had slight breathing problems especially when I sleep. Once I tried that it's amazing how much more you can breathe. I ran out for a few days before my next order and I had worse sleep and I realized I couldn't go back. I would wear these all the time if had the money to and it didn't look goofy to wear in public. Will say that you need to have a completely dry nose and find the exact positioning to put it on your nose (where the ending outer flaps go on the round part of your nostrils), otherwise,e it might not stick properly. I also have oily skin so I sometimes get small acne when I take it off in the morning but that's unavoidable when I'm trapping the oils on my nose with tape and the tradeoff is worth it.

Works fine. I find the Breathe Right brand name works better than knock-offs/generics, which tend to fall off immediately. However, within Breathe Rights, I don't know why, but the tan "extra strength" is stronger than the clear "extra strength". If nose strips fall off a lot for you and you struggle with that, might want to go with the tans. However, I have found that the tan ones are so strong that they can only be removed safely by washing with warm water. These clear ones are fine but less strong. Sometimes they partially peel off by morning, but easy to remove simply by pulling. In terms of breathing, yes, Breathe Rights really, really improve my sleep, make me a quieter sleeper, and prevent my mouth hanging open and my lips from totally dehydrating.

These work great when you apply them properly. I suggest following instructions and doing it in front of a mirror. These help me breath at night and fight sleep apnea. You have to be careful how you put them on for them to work properly. Only downside, and it is minor, is that upon removal, my nose itches and is a little sticky where the strip was. Washing my face or using an alcohol wipe fixes that. Any minor inconvenience is by far out weighed by the benefit of having open nasal passages. These aren't the "old" breatheright strips. These babies really do the job much better than original models or generic ones on the market. It is worth a few cents more per strip.

These are nasal strips and tend to do what they were designed to do with one minor flaw. If you have greasy skin naturally they have a hard time remaining on your nose throughout the night. When they do remain on your nose, they work perfectly to open up your airways and have even helped with my snoring. I would recommend these strips as much as I would recommend any other brand as they work about as well. Just be mindful of your skin type.

If someone you love, snores so badly and so loudly, that you actually consider smothering them with a pillow, this product is for you (well really, for them). The trick is making sure the strip is placed in the right spot on the bridge of the nose/nostrils. I wish I could buy these in bulk, because I have reordered a ton of times already and can honestly say that I don’t know how I’d be sleeping without these in our lives. I’ve gone from punching the hell out of my spouse, to hardly even having to nudge him anymore. Are they fool proof, no, but do they significantly diminish any gurgling, gasping, garbling and whatever else sound a habitual snorer makes, YES! Will I stop buying these and forcing my spouse to wear them nightly, NO! These are a tiny sticky miracle for the sleep deprived.

If your looking for something to help you breath through your nose, especially at night sleeping. I have found nothing better. The clear are not Nearly as noticeable as the original tan. These are smaller and, well, clear. The adhesive is not are bullish as the tan ones are but they will last you 10 hours usually and maybe 12 - 15 hours. It's adhesive is much easier to was off, YAY! The picture is after putting it on 9pm and pic is taken at 4pm the next day. Looking a bit raged but Still opening my nostrils.

Product works well opens up you’re nasal so u can breathe much better however doesn’t always stick to you’re nose and when it does it’s hard to peel off. The latex made me itch so unfortunately cannot keep on for long periods of time. But it dies help u breathe much clearer.

Las compre para probarlas y me quedo con ellas. He probado muchas opciones como spay nasal y mas cosas y la opciones de las banditas es bastante buena o inclusive la mejor. Las uso por la noche y me dejas respirar mucho mejor y son muy comodas. Excelente producto.
