We've used this skillet for over a year and it has been fantastic. The non-stick surface worked well until now. We weren't expecting these to last as long as they did but with proper care, here we are. We love the construction where there are no fasteners inside the pan for food to stick to. It's also effortless to clean because of that. We just ordered another.

The one & only CAROTE! I found this brand when I was on Instagram watching some influencers that show “a day in my life” videos & “cooking for my husband” videos. I saw a young lady had this set (I say that like I’m not only 26 y/o myself lol) and I decided to buy the CAROTE set, & I absolutely fell in love. The set I ordered didn’t come with an 8-inch pan, which is my top most used pan, by far. The set I have is in “beige” but for this pan I ordered the granite. (I was impatient and wanted the delivery SAME DAY! So I settled for the granite one!) when it came in, I washed it and put it to immediate use for dinner. AMAZING! The granite one cooks even BETTER and has an even BETTER nonstick than the beige/cream one does! It’s so crazy! I still love my beige set but wow! I was initially hesitant on the granite set because I didn’t know if it would have that “granite texture” the most granite pots and pans have & I dislike it sooo much. This granite set is the soft feel exactly like the beige one. No weird texture. Just completely soft. Don’t hesitate to buy! It’s 100% worth the money! Once your food is done cooking, literally just rinse this pan with water and everything will slide off ! Always clean with soap of course, but WOW! I used it the next morning to also make French toast for breakfast and my French toast came out perfect. I didn’t use flash on the pic that the French toast is on the plate so it looks a little funky. But it’s nice and golden and beautiful !

This pan requires very little oil and cooks beautifully . No sticking and easy to clean.

I had recently purchased the 15 pc (?) set of Carote utensils because I liked the concept of separate handles, as my storage space is tight. What a difference it makes! However, the frying pans in that style are straight sided, and I needed an 8 inch fry pan for omelettes, etc., with lower, sloping sides. This pan is perfect, and the price is very reasonable. I give it 4 stars only because I would have preferred a metal handle, not this wood style. I really like the finish on these pans, very smooth and easy to clean.

I will try to tone this down, because I don't want you to dismiss me as someone with any reason to give a better review than this frying pan deserves. But I love this pan! For the past 2 years, I've been using a cast iron skillet that finally I can appreciate. It's fairly non-stick now that I've seasoned it repeatedly. But it's so high-maintenance that I stop and think about whether it's worth the hassle every time I cook something. I bought this frying pan expecting little except an occasional reprieve from the intensive work my cast iron skillet requires. Surprise. I have only good things to say about this frying pan. It heats up quickly and evenly. It's nonstick and requires no maintenance. My only problem is that I now want to jettison my cast iron skillet. But I can't. Ouch. What a great frying pan this is. Don't hesitate to purchase it, if you're on the fence. Maybe there's a catch. Maybe it doesn't hold up to heavy use or something will turn up to make me switch my allegiance back to my cast iron skillet. I'll update this review if I find any reason to do so.

Love these pans...I had ordered the set but needed a smaller frying pan! I ordered this one which was the perfect size. These pans clean up so easy! You won't be disappointed, and they are not extremely expensive either.

The Carote cookware is great to cook with. They are somewhat heavy but not so much that they are hard to handle, just enough so they do not warp with heat. They spread heat evenly and are unbelievably easy to clean up. I have been so impressed I bought two sets for family.

Esta marca es de lo mejor! yo tengo ya como 2 años de conocerla y es una maravilla compre este sarten justo porque era el tamaño que me faltaba y es buenisimo de verdad que les recomiendo mucho esta marca de baterias de cocina, el pero es que llego 15 dias despues de la fecha estimada estaba apunto de cancelar el producto solo eso, siento que deberian de tener un poco mas de comunicacíon. Regresando al tema el sarten es maravilloso.

My next pan will be another Carote… I just love this pan. Easy to clean, I use it just about every day.

I usually try and stick to one name brand for all our pans. Seeing as we have an induction stove our options are some what limited. Our regular name brand pan was going to cost close to $100. No way would I pay that so I looked at the reviews on this pan and ordered it. I was very sceptal about doing so as I'm not really a fan of pans that the handles are screwed on. Prefer ones that are riveted. Have used this pan a few times now and honestly, we love it. Just a small amount of ghee and eggs are sliding all over the place. Very even heat distribution and very easy to clean. The handle itself feels very nice in the hand. It's not wood but some other material. Does not get hot at all. Overall I would highly recommend this pan. Very impressed!!

Non stick pans never last unfortunately. But this one seems good, like the color, but I just realized you won't see black specs when the coating starts to rub off. Crossing my fingers this one lasts awhile.

me gustó mucho, más que nada porque en mi casa los sartenes ya no servían, es muy fácil de limpiar y no se le pega nada, a excepción de la parte exterior del sartén, ahí si se le pegan las cosas y suele ser más difícil de limpiar, sólo hay que cuidar de no ensuciarlo por la parte de afuera. Otro punto que no me gustó mucho es que el mango en la parte donde está más cerca la flama se empieza a hacer algo amarillo, pero igual no es algo que le afecte mucho al producto (al menos hasta ahora) Actualización: ya tengo meses con esto y la verdad que al igual que todos los sartenes tarde o temprano terminará manchándose por todos lados y no se le quitará por mas que lo laves, y al ser blanco se ve aun peor que los que son negros. Pero lo realmente malo es que no es como tal como se describe, después de un tiempo las cosas se le pegan y se termina tallando y raspando, por más que uno lo cuide. Recomiendo encarecidamente comprar espátulas de esas de silicona para darle más tiempo de vida al sartén, pero no esperen milagros, y… mejor cómprenlo en negro para que no se vea tan feo
