this machine is great quality, attractive, and easy to use for the price. it was so easy to set up and learn to use, and i’ve been using it for almost a year with no problems. the espresso tastes good to me for normal every day use. the machine is a great, compact size. i only wish the suction at the bottom worked better because you have to hold the machine down in order to pull a shot of espresso, kind of annoying but not a big deal. the milk frother also works great, i’ve made great lattes with it and it was a bit of a learning curve but not hard to figure out after a couple of youtube tutorials. the machine heats up super fast and is fast and simple to use in the morning. the tamp/ coffee scoop that comes with it is just plastic, so i might replace it with a heavier tamp.

I love the compact design and it feels well made. Even the 2 cup setting gives a small amount but it taste great, and the steamer works well for lattes. It heats up fast, but I do enjoy the temperature of the espresso better if I take the time to run it empty first. It does not take long to do this and for me it is worth it. I am very happy with this purchase

I waited to review this machine until I had used it for a few months. It has held up extremely well. I'm extremely happy with this machine. It is really well built and a quality home machine for the average person. If you need all of the fancy bells and whistles then this one probably won't suit your needs but for someone who just needs some good espresso and steamed milk, this is phenomenal. It is really well priced for what it accomplishes. I love the metal exterior and just how sturdy this machine feels. There seems to be very little plastic involved which is super nice. My only notes of things I didn't like are the "factory smell" when it first came and how long it takes the cup warmer to get warmed up. Both are pretty manageable and aren't super big issues. To get rid of the factory smell, rinse the heck out of it. It will linger for a bit but it does go away, trust me. The warmer can be "primed" by doing a clear water run first after you turn it on. It gets fairly warm after that. I barely use the warmer anyway but that does get it warmed up. The sound and noise of it is pretty impressive for a budget machine. It will make a loud grumble at first when pouring the shot but it lasts for maybe a second or two and then goes to a low hum during the rest. As for the taste, I have to say it's very nice. I've used a few different types of coffee for it. My favorite so far has been from a local shop that roasts their beans in house and grinds them for you if you ask during the purchase. That's my biggest recommendation for a nice beverage, is fresh quality coffee. I don't have a grinder at the moment but I'm planning on getting one soon to just make it even better. That's the only reason I don't grind them myself. I prefer that type of coffee but I have used Cafe Bustelo with this machine and if you're making lattes, it does the job. I recommend getting better coffee though if you can. The steam wand is one of my favourite parts of this machine and it was a major reason that I gravitated towards this machine. The wand doesn't feel loose or flimsy like many budget machines do. This one is nice, hefty, powerful, and very nice looking. I highly recommend this machine to anyone who just needs a simple yet good machine. It is great for people who are on a budget and can't afford the ones you see in the YouTube shorts from influencer baristas. This one is a great deal. Just work with it a bit and then it'll be easy. It just takes acquainting yourself with it and getting a rhythm going.

Got this as a gift for myself over the Black Friday Weekend and very thankful I decided to go with it. Seemed like there were minimal reviews at the time so it felt like a risk but there was something about this machine that looked like it would be perfect for my needs and just the right size for my smaller home. I saw another review saying they had to hold down the machine so it doesn't move when it brews. I have not had this issue at all but I do have it on top of a towel for easy cleaning. I was going to get an absorbent mat but already had a presentable towel ready to stand in so why fuss. Very straight forward functionality. Expresso from coffee shops always makes my stomach turn immediately but I have not experienced that at all with this machine. I tend to slightly dilute it by running water over the same grounds twice and I wonder if that is what has made the difference. All the same it comes across like a strong cup of coffee with that classic foam float on top that we expect with espresso machines. Foaming wands are often very noisy, this one is definitely a squealer. It takes a couple of minutes worth of wand action in order to do the job. I don't mind doing it for myself because I enjoy the end result but I feel bad when I use it and others are at home in the adjacent room. For me, this makes the perfect cup and was a total game changer and I only wish I would have found it sooner but maybe I was waiting for the right model in which case it was worth the wait.

This is my first espresso machine, I bought this to save $$$ on daily coffees, and I LOVE IT. It’s so easy to operate and it brews/steams fast. It also is easy to clean, so it doesn’t take any longer than stopping by a coffee shop on the way to work, it’s probably even faster than that. We’ve been using it for a month or so, and so far we’ve only gotten to like it even more! It’s very sleek, in my opinion, it looks more expensive than it is. So far, this machine has basically paid itself when you factor in how much we’d spend a day on coffee. Being beginners and not being coffee hobbyists, this machine has given us exactly what we wanted.

I am in love with this small, grandiose expresso machine. First of all, I love the creamy color, which gives the ensemble an antique look. You have to follow the instructions, putting all your attention into it, and then the rest is easy. Now, I make my "cortado," cappuccino, and flat white in less than 3 minutes. Since the machine is small, it takes little space on my counter, and I can still arrange the coffee grounds, the tapper, and the rest of the tools an amateur barista needs to enjoy making an expresso. I love it, and I am sure you will too.

EDIT: I am upgrading my review to 5 starts due to amazing customer support I received. I was a bit unlucky to receive a machine that makes water smell horrible. I had to ran it with just water for 3-5 times (depending if it is after 9 hrs of hight or just 4 hrs of it being inactive). I tried running citric acid- it did help for a while. Anyways....I got a refund from the company. So my point is: every piece of product cannot be ideal when it leaves the conveyor line in the factory. And this is where customer support comes into play. Yes, I was unlucky to receive probably that one faulty piece, but customer support rectified my disappointment. I am still using the machine (after flushing it with citric acid and continuously flushing with just water) and it is producing amazing espresso! I have just made myself mind-blowing capuchino! I love the build quality of the machine and it does extract coffee to the fullest (silly me, tried to re-use coffee from the Porta filter in my Coffee maker thinking that that there is still so much flavor left and that the espresso machine just couldn't extract it so well...Well all I got was dark brown water with slight aroma of coffee 😅). So yes...the machine does do a great job on that! Oh, and I found my single shot filter scotched thoroughly to the Styrofoam packaging! So make sure you check the packaging well before complaining they had forgotten to put another filter (just like I did lol). Bellow is my original review: I have to run it with an empty filter three times before I can make my first cup of espresso. I put fresh water which doesn't smell (and water reservoir doesn't smell either). Apparently, there is a compartment inside the machine where water stays (and heats up for your espresso) and after staying there overnight it starts smelling like a process water or technical water. Another thing, just like many others noted here, my machine arrived with one filter missing. There is supposed to be two: single and double portion filter, but I received only one. The espresso however tastes well after running the machine three times empty. Well, what would you expect from an espresso machine of that price , right?

The product is high-quality very easy to use. I also like the compact size that fits well into my counter space. Initially I was disappointed with the brew strength for single cup serving. I find that to get a good brew you must use double cup setting and use double cup filter in the basket. Steam frother is not powerful so I use my hand frother.
